My mum asked me to put this on here for her. In her words. They are brilliant. I was once terrified of the dentist now I don't mind going. The care I have recieved has been wonderful. The reception staff are amazing always polite and welcoming. I couldn't fault them.
Thank you Mrs Reeves

I have been with surgery for several years now.
I called surgery on Friday asking for emergency appointment as was in severe pain and had swelling around my tooth.
Receptionist took absolutely no interest in situation and said nearest EMERGENCY appointment is on next Thursday which was 6 DAYS AWAY.
I just can’t understand how emergency appointment can be considered 6 days away!?!?!
Tooth abscess is absolutely a dental emergency. Left untreated, abscess can lead to infection that spreads through the body causing serious and even life-threatening effects.(Not even mentioning inability eat and sleep).
I know that dentist are extremely busy and I was not expecting to get appointment same day but at least in nearest days.
A lot of surgeries I contacted on that days had more helpful attitude towards situation even though I was not registered with them. And I ended up getting help elsewhere.
Lack of management and education in reception is concerning and may cause serious consequences in future.

Booked an appointment in 2019, was seen sharpish and was sent to Boston Dental Clinic. I had my appointment with them and was in a waiting list for 3 years and COVID hit which put a big delay on. I was finally Seen 8 months ago and over them 3 years had good updates with Boston Dental Clinic, I was told at my last appointment in December to have a check up with my dentist which is Wyberton. I've rang and because I haven't had an appointment in over 18 months they have taken me off there list, even though I only had a took extraction and a couple of fillings done 6 months ago with Boston Dental Clinic as I was referred through Wyberton.

What an utterly useless dental practice, kicked off a list because I've been waiting to long which isn't my fault.

Visited today for dental check up and hygienist session. Dental check revealed I could keep my loose tooth and the highlight was the hygienist who was amazing. Really delighted with the clean and polish. Best ever.

Me and my son have been patients for years. But couldn't get an appointment anymore, as I haven't seen a dentist for more than a year, so they deregistered me and don't accept new patients. Now l have pain and nobody taking new patiens.Disgussting even on they policy dont say that infornation. Also, staff is rude and unhelpful.

Me and my two daughters had an appointment on the same day I got a message for what time.
I walked in and the receptionist was so rude and telling me I was late for my appointment so I would not be seen that day I said that's not what the message I got she said no that message was your daughter's appointment not for you. I said that's ok as I'm with my two daughters get seen. The dentist lady saw me as well I need to go back and have some treatment done but I have not gone back because I can't afford a £63 all in one go. And I got told after I saw the dentist that I had to come back tomorrow and pay £23 something because she already cashed up because I used to get it free but I don't now so it's still on my record that I don't pay so she cashed up and I won't be going back because I thought she was so rude and I found it so upsetting and they should ask before you go in and I think they should do a payment plan for people who are on low income and don't get help with
