Would give zero if I could. The receptionist called me few days prior to my appointment and asked straight away if I pay for my treatmet. When I said yes she then told me ok your appointment is cancelled the next one I can book you in is August!!! No apologize no explanation apart from saying that the other dentist is more experienced in root canal treatment. Ridiculous. I am in so much pain I'm considering tooth extraction privately rather than wait for the app that will probably get cancelled. Where are the dentist that used to work there before especially one lady called Jacqueline? I think that was her name. The best dentist I've ever had that actually cared about a patient

Would give zero if I could! Son was referred for a tooth extraction. Referral stated he was in pain. 6 months later still no communication from them. Have rang and rang and left messages on their answer machine as no one physically answers the phone. No calls returned. Our dentist has also tried to contact them to no avail. We now have to choose whether or not to wait or whether or not we need to pay £300 for a private extraction. It’s also holding up having his braces fitted. Dreadful service. I will be contacting CQC to give them feedback.

I had a MOS hospital referral and sent here for a tooth extraction with the hospital dentist as I was told he had a surgery here every Friday. As it was a MOS referral there would be no charge. The actual proceedure with the hospital dentist was 1st class but the reception a shambles, kept me waiting over an hour with no indication how long I'd have to wait. Then two weeks later I got a phone message demanding an unpaid balance of £65.20 for the treatment despite being told on booking and on the day the treatment was not charged as it was a hospital referral. I rang back asking the explanation and was told they just needed to confirm with me. Why I don't know as I said surely the MOS form I signed was there in their records. No apologies or anything for demanding money I didn't owe.said they hadn't asked for the money but they just needed my confirmation! But I have the saved message to say otherwise. A shambles!! Will be glad to go for my checkup at my registered dentist at Deepdale.

Dental care is good, but it is impossible to get through by phone. There used to be a very efficient Australian receptionist but since she’s moved on everything seems to have gone to pot.

If the dental surgery reads this, expect a DNA in January 2023 as I am unable to get through to change appointment date after trying 10+ times.

Attended an appointment at drakes dental care today. Got to say what a friendly bunch of people the staff are, nothing is too much trouble for them especially Subnam and Yasar. They made me feel welcome throughout my appointment, explained everything in detail to me so I could understand the treatment in having better. Overall I highly recommend you using this dental practice.

Unable to get through at all on the phone, phone doesnt even ring just says that the mail box is full. Phone never even rings whilst sat waiting for an appointment Constantly trying to charge for ongoing treatment even though already paid. Branch manager (receptionist is rude). The surgery has changed so much in terms of person centered care. Now all about the money

Honestly I don’t know what I would have done without this Dentist, I lost a crown & went in explained what had happened, the receptionist Tracey was fantastic sorted out a appointment for the same day, temporary cap fitted by my very talented dentist Yasser ( sorry if incorrect spelling) two weeks later new tooth in & can’t stop smiling
