Following on my very recent visit for a 30 minutes appointment with the Hygienist for The Sparkling Clean.
It was a pleasure to meet the new Hygienist Emily and her Colleague (can't remember her name).
I was so thrilled with the results especially...
- How the stains were removed using air polishing
- How much brighter looking teeth
I would definitely keep using such a treatment with Emily as definitely can assist to makes gums healthier and preventing tooth loss too.
"Relax the lip" for best treatment and results!
Also, thanks to Nicole for putting up with my frequent need/chatter for an appointment. It was worth the wait!!!
There's a sign that only private patients have to pay extra for the PPE equipment the practice has had to 'purchase' during pandemic. I asked the dentist about this who confirmed that is correct but told me the staff were in fact wearing NHS PPE equipment. Wow. So they are cashing in on a pandemic from vulnerable patients who need to see a dentist whilst using NHS equipment! I'm sure this is against the law. Deception?
Days into my treatment the pain wouldn't subside, I rang the practice to revisit the dentist aswell as an invoice asking what I'd paid for. I was told they were too busy to go to the post office therefore I should pick it up. I explained I lived out of town so it makes economical sense to post it please. The receptionist said they will post it when they have time - in a few weeks. I have witnesses staff gathered in the reception area chit chatting but they claimed they were too busy to send my invoice that had been paid for already. I'm sure if there was an outstanding payment then I would have received the invoice within days. They then said the dentist was fully booked that week to see me but has availability next week and the dentist would ring me. A fortnight of pain and patience continued and no call was received from the practice. I've been in incredible pain since the treatment therefore rang to speak to the practice manager on Tuesday. I was assured they would call me back, five days later I'm still waiting for a call from the dentist or the manager. Oh and my reciept has not surfaced either. It seems they are happy to treat you and once you've paid, they don't want the hassle of a patient in pain following treatment as there's no money to be made. I absolutely would not recommend this Dentist. Read the reviews and go somewhere more reputable where they care. I feel worse after my treatment and regret visiting this practice. AVOID
