Dipti goes above and beyond for her patients, is warm friendly and makes us feel at ease. Been visiting her for many years with my family. She is more than a dentist to us she is a part of our family! Most amazing dentist.

Dr Patel is the best dentist I have ever had! She was so amazing when I recently developed an abscess in a tooth. She helped me so much and will be forever grateful for the quick attention she showed me to alleviate this nightmare! Thank you Dr Patel!

I’m very surprised by the comments as my experience wasn’t a very good one. I found the dentist to be extremely rude and sarcastic along with the dental nurse. So I had to book an appointment for my tooth, I payed £65 upfront for a band 2 nhs fee for me to come back and get filling done. I rescheduled my appointment twice because the first time I had covid and the second time I had a keyhole surgery done. I called the dentist to explain and on the phone she said it’s ok and that She will refund me the rest of the money if the procedure can’t be done. When I did go in for the procedure (bare in mind you have to wait a week or 2 for appointments every time you reschedule), the dentist was trying to explain the issue with my tooth which I didn’t quite understand. I feel she didn’t even check my teeth properly. She then responded in a very sarcastic and rude manner ‘ok I will explain it to you in English’ twice! Whilst her assistant was laughing in the background. Long story short, I needed to get a root canal which would have been under the same band but she said she can’t do it and that she will refer me to a specialist. She didn’t refund me the cost of fees I payed and never received treatment for which she said she would, and On top of that charged me again for a check up. I know it may not be much for some people, but it’s unfair to treat people like that especially with what’s happening in the world today. I’m definitely going to report to nhs England and PHSO/GDC to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Never going back

I have been a patient at Waltham Cross Dental Practice for more than 20 years and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Dr Patel is the most professional, trustworthy and caring dentist that I have ever met. Her expertise and dedication has saved me from many a dental procedure over the years and when I have had to have work done it is always completed with the greatest care and attention and is always more than reasonably priced. If Dr Patel was to ever move practices I can honestly say I would follow her wherever she went!

What can I say about Dipti....she is the most amazing person and dentist ... how she puts up with me I do not know. She is so kind and caring and extremely gentle..I recently went to see her for a broken tooth which I thought would need removing but she managed to save it...I will be returning shortly for airflow treatment which I'm excited about.. I would highly recommend her to anyone..

I had doctor Patel since 2009, I’ve moved from Cheshunt 4 years ago and I still go to her, I won’t change her for the world. She’s the most caring dentist I’ve ever met , brilliant with my two children. She looked after their teeth since they were 6 months and they are almost teens now. She’s so reliable and there to give you advice when you need it, she won’t recommend you to take any expensive treatment if is not needed and she does care about the teeth more than money . She’s the best ! Highly recommended!

I’ve been going here 10+ years always felt comfortable and at ease in Miss Patels chair. She is amazing with adults and kids and puts you at ease from the first time you meet her. Best dentist I have ever been too.
