What a lovely practice! So clean on arrival which is very reassuring with current COVID concerns. I was greated at reception in a very friendly welcoming manner and made to feel very comfortable by the two ladies that greated me.
I was taking my son for his first dental checkup and a new patient myself and felt instantly at ease when dentists can be scary.

I was examined by Dr Nishma and Riah who were great with my son who is only 11 months and despite his new experience I was so pleased to see him smiling away at how personal and friendly they were with him.

Highly recommended this practice, my first experience and so pleased to be a new patient at such a lovely clean friendly and professional practice.

My first time this location and I was not disappointed. Shelia has been my dentist for over 20 years. This practice is clean and inviting, the staff are welcoming and polite. Even in these strange times with Covid-19 at the forefront of our minds their systems are clear and easy to follow, I felt protected and safe.

Shelia and her nurse were warm and made me feel at ease. They did not rush me and took time to explain what they were doing and why. The examination was gentle and thorough. The examination room is bright, clean and hygiene levels were maintained while I was there.

The reception staff were extremely patient and helpful and took the time to talk through how to find the car park to the practice as I travel from London to be seen. Parking is clearly marked and accessible.

Shelia has been both mine and my daughters dentist for over 15 years, she is fantastic, she is honest and open about everything and you never feel pressured. She is receptive to questions and honest with her answers, she takes the time to listen and always considers your feelings. This practice reflects her high standards and I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be recommending her and the practice to others.

What a lovely dental practice! A hidden gem in the old town. I had my first visit today and was seen by Sheila. I have not been to the dentist for many years and was delighted to find an NHS dentist in Stevenage old town. During my consultation Sheila discussed and explained everything clearly and showed empathy and compassion towards me which went above and beyond just her dental role. I left feeling reassured, well advised and with a clear understanding of what next in my treatment.
The staff are fantastic, professional and compassionate. The waiting area and consultation rooms are modern and clean with clear measures in place to ensure safety. They have clearly adapted during these strange times to ensure that this vital service is maintained. I would highly recommend 37 Dental and Implant Centre.

Took my daughter for her first ever dental appointment and was immediately greeted by the manager Rosheen. She made us feel so comfortable and pulled out all the stops to keep my 2 year old daughter happy. Absolutely amazing service and I would recommend this dental practice to everyone. Highly professional and friendly and all of the staff made sure my daughter wasn’t scared and now she cannot wait to go back!

Nishma Dattani has been my dentist for a number of years. I’ve always received a very professional service from both Nishma and her dental nurse Riah. They are always there to greet you with a smile. They communicate all treatment and actions clearly before taking them, which helps to somewhat ease my nerves, and make the whole experience as pain free as possible. All COVID measures are being taken seriously at the practice and I feel very safe going there. I would highly recommend Nishma Dattani for anyone who is looking for a calm, friendly, professional and experienced dentist.

Signing up in this practice has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! The care and service they provide are superb, not to mention the consistently clean and relaxing atmosphere of the place. Sheila, my dentist, has made me feel at ease from the first day we met, always reassuring and makes sure I am well informed of everything that happens in my treatment. She also listens to my concerns and resolves them quickly, and goes the extra mile of asking about how things are at my work every time I visit. Her nurses Jenny and Chloe are also lovely and helpful, ensuring that I am comfortable and well-looked after throughout. Best Dentist I've been to in a very long time, they were so warm and welcoming. Normally I get very stressed about my dental appointments, I have a slight fear, but they made me so comfortable, and were gentle, and I felt a lot more comfortable returning. The dentist Sheila was lovely kept talking to me throughout, and the manager Roisin was lovely helping me figure out the payment and booking me in. 100% recommend!

Sheila, Chloe and Jenny were lovely, i don't do to well at the Dentists and have recently joined this practice after having an awful experience elsewhere. They put me at ease and i felt comfortable. The receptionist was also pleasant which helped to relax me before seeing the Dentist. Thank you all so much.
