I phoned in with a problem and spoke to Francis, I was treated with patience, professionalism and compassion and slotted into the same day. Dr. Anwar took time to explain how he could help me and what options were available for further treatment. I have received an excellent service from all at Sussex Dental. A huge Thank you to the team.

I attended my appointment today for a complicated bridge removal and tooth extraction. As usual I was treated with great respect from the whole team. Dr Anwar took the time to explain the procedure and carried out the work without any discomfort to me. Thank you so much for your excellent, professional service.

A clean bright colourful waiting room with pleasant reception staff. Fabulous knowledgable, chatty dentist. In all, a pleasure to visit..... (once you've got up the two flights of stairs!! 🥴)

Now in new premises. Lovely calm building with no stairs !!! Great reception team that are really helpful, and smile .😃 wrap that up with my really excellent dentist, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. 😊

The staff put me at ease every step of the way. The dentist was great & talked me through everything as he was doing it.

Refused to see my 6 year old son twice during two dental emergencies, you need to sort your priorities out 😡😡

EDIT: After receiving a sincere apology and the ability to register on the waiting list was offered to us I have decided to remove the original one star rating and give a 3 star rating instead.

Very friendly staff and helpful and most importantly the practise itself is very clean, tidy and very welcoming. We love the place.

Having been unable to secure a dentist space for many years and withholding some childhood fears, to say I was nervous about the experience is an understatement. When I arrived with my young family, we were greeted with the most loveliest receptionist who helped us check in and fill in the forms we needed. Without a very long wait at all we were called to our consultation room, where again we were met by a very friendly dental team.
Our eldest child went first who was quite nervous and got quite upset, but the dental staff were so kind and reassuring with her, and were able to ease her through her assessment. When it was my turn I was open about my anxiety, and worries and they made me feel at complete ease, and talked me through everything which was exactly what I had hoped for, they made my first experience in so long so much easier and I feel I will be more comfortable moving forward. Was a very child friendly experience, calm and informative, plenty of time given for the appointment, and friendly reception staff when booking future appointments.

I have been happy with this surgery for many years and in my opinion, the dentist I see (AB) is top level at her profession.
I trust her opinion and decisions on my dental care and would not change one thing.
The reception staff are also good, always welcoming and polite.
