Not welcoming. Dentist was very rude, I didn’t feel comfortable in there, if you ask questions you need to book it again and pay £50 for booking, and i paid £219.50 . i didn’t understand why i paid £50 extra for , and poor work 2 , and the nurse didn’t know what she was doing, i was shocked. I won’t recommend them ,

Went there few weeks ago with enormous pain caused by tooth abscess. I was unable to book an appointment anywhere. I made about 30 calls, here I was able to get on chair within 2 days!
Stomatologist Hannah Neve, done an X-ray and advise me to save the tooth and perform the root canals treatment.
1 week on antibiotics followed by 2 appointments week apart, no pain what so ever, all done under the local anesthetics!
Hannah and her assistant are the people you want to see if you suffer, polite, professional, no messing about, they get the job done and I could get on with my live again. 2 weeks after I do not feel any discomfort and its like nothing happened.
Gentleman in the reception was extremely helpful and professional.
The whole surgery is nicely designed, also I didn't have any issue to find the parking around.

Little update.. week ago one of my tooth filling cracked, one call to surgery,got appointment on the same day! All done and dusted within 2hr! How good is that! In the times where people struggling to see their GP,here seems to be, no problem at all. Thank you again! 👌

I have chosen this Dentistry with goal to straighten my teeth. Registered, paid initial fees, did hygiene before taking impressions and so on. Few weeks later received a call that everything went wrong and they not working with suppliers anymore due fee rise ( Dentist said it increased dramatically so they need to cancel the deal) I have been refunded for impressions appointment but money in total I spent was way more than that and I didn't get what I wanted in the end. Hygiene very average. Dentist Hannah in general not very nice but I like straight forward people so it was not an issue for me at all. Receptionist was amazing, very nice and welcoming.

I have just come back from appointment with the new dentist named Alex. I want to reassure everyone that he is an excellent dentist, very kind and gentle and unrushed. Please do not be alarmed as you will have nothing to worry about. All the team seem really helpful and lovely. Thank you so much to you all especially Alex. Susan

I went with this dentist to resolve my broken filling in my molar inside an emergency situation feeling lot of pains. I paid lot of money for a provisional filling (£130) after two days the filling was broken getting an unsupported pain. Better go to Boost Pharmacy: buy a small pot with filling and put by yourself. Do not waste your money and time whit this unprofessional dentist.

I had a dental abscess and was 120 miles away from my registered practice- I phoned at the crack of dawn and this lovely practice granted me an emergency appointment and I was seen within 1hr30mins of calling! Dentist took an x-ray, drained the abscess and prescribed antibiotics. Recovered in a week! Fair price for a private dental clinic and good, personable staff.

I had avoided going to the dentist for quite some time due to health anxiety and previous bad experiences. I made Hannah aware of this during my consultation, and she immediately put me at ease. After a thorough check-up, Hannah explained my treatment plan and took the time to reassure and answer all my questions.
I was able to book my follow up appointments, and a visit to the hygienist, quickly. All of my procedures have been painless, and I am really pleased with the results. So far, I have had no issues whatsoever.
I would also like to say that the hygienist is lovely and did an excellent job. And Chris, the receptionist, is also very kind, polite and helpful.
I'm so pleased I came to Queens Park Dental Team; the whole experience has really put me at ease about going to the dentist again.

I came here for the first time for a check up after avoiding the dentist for a couple of years…safe to say due to leaving it for so long, I required work doing. I was petrified but Hannah (the dentist) discussed my options and an plan was put into place. My treatment has been quick, efficient and most importantly for me… pain free!! I am so pleased I have chosen this practice and subsequently, I have regained my confidence in visiting the dentist. So a big thank you to Hannah!

I would also like to say thank you to the receptionist (Chris) who is very welcoming and friendly and a thank you to the hygienist (female- but apologies as I’ve forgotten her name) who provided great treatment, education and advice.
