I was really nervous having not had a filling before but Christy was amazing from the start of the process all the way through. She was cheery, very kind and made sure I knew what was going on. Having the filling was fine and the hygienist clean was significantly less painful than I have experienced previously, even in areas which hadn't been numbed. My appointment had to be rearranged but that was dealt with efficiently and every step of the process was clear. I am probably going to need my wisdom teeth out but instead of dreading it like I would have previously I feel confident I would be in safe hands at this surgery.

With 2+ year waiting lists due to the pandemic I needed to find something sooner and I was happy to pay. Dr Ramaswamy Devaradjalou was professional and knowledgeable throughout. I was quite nervous not having been to the dentist for several years. I didn’t feel judged or criticised at any stage, which is why I had stopped going after some bad experiences. I felt looked after. There was clarity in pricing and in the treatment plan which is what I wanted. I received text reminders and calls to remind me of my appointments. So yes, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice and this dentist to anyone I know.

I had an appointment with Rebika Limbu for a hygenist session. Due to the pandemic, my last appointment with another clinic wasn't helpful leaving my teeth very stained and uncomfortable. I told Rebika about it and she reassured me that she would try her best, and she did. I can't be happier, my teeth are now all clean and shiny, and Rebika made me feel calm all the time. The receptionist was friendly and helpful too, appointment booking was easy. Highly recommended, will definitely come back for other services in the future. Thank you team!

Absolutely disgusted. Told not to contact the dentist unless I had an emergency since the pandemic started and told to wait for them to contact me for my routine check up. Text arrives, call the surgery only to be told NHS have removed me from their list and I can now only go private!! NHS have NOT removed me, this practice has and is using this tactic to get more money. I have text messages over the 2 yrs telling me not to go and wait..... Receptionist was very rude too, no way to run a practice. What a fab way to treat an over 20 + years patient.

Had an amazing experience here! My dentist, Ratna Thapa was brilliant. She explained everything very well and helped me understand exactly what she was doing so I felt at ease. The whole team was great, welcoming and friendly.

As a dental phobic, I have to say I have been very well treated by both the dentists I usually see. Sympathetic and accommodating when dealing with my problem. Even the receptionists are friendly, which puts me at ease. I have no trouble visiting the practice.

Dr Ratna made me feel at ease whilst having my treatment. All reception staff always have a smile on their faces and are happy to help with any issues outstanding

Hygenist Rebika was aggressive in cleaning my teeth, felt pain for 2 days in all my jaw. Then few days later I ended up in another dentistry prescribing me antibiotics due to severe infection, ended up with codeine and strong painkillers.There is a crown impact due to the aggressive work. Now I have to have root canal treatment due to the damage and new crown. How is it possible one hygenist to cause so much damage and ruin your new year . and one week before hygenist I had check up and 4xray at same dentist and was told all in order, just so obvious is from infection caused my not careful cleaning .At the time of pain tried to make appointment with the original practice but they wanted 86 pounds!
it's just unbelievable how much pain I have to go through
