The staff here are amazing, Super professional and friendly, and very reassuring to nervous patients! I got a same day appointment and had to go back for a second one a couple of days later. Had one tooth removed as well as a very challenging surgery, apparently I have rare teeth that makes them hard to extract but my dentist and nurses were really lovely to me, even laughing at the awful jokes I was telling to ease my own nerves. Unfortunately I ended up having a small panic attack at the end of the second appointment (my fault not theirs) and staff that hasn't even seen me took me back inside and sat me down until my lift arrived, even offered to pay for a taxi if I didn't have a lift and saw me into the car safe and sound, and even spoke to my dad to let him know what had happened and that if I needed anything they were here for me. i couldn't reccomend them enough! They honestly care for their patients and I couldn't ask for better service ❤️

Very professional, kind, and honest Dr Guillaume Xavier and his nurse/assistant.

I went for a consultation visit, and my situation was kindly and comprehensively explained. Dr Xavier was very communicative and knowledgeable. It is rare to find people that are both sincere and professional. His advice was helpful. I appreciate it. Nurse/assistant was warm and kind, and to be honest, I am usually very nervous during a medical visit, but this time, I felt that I was in good hands.

Excellent receptionist, as well. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the service. Helped me with my current problem and gave me a great understanding and plan for the future of my dental health. Very friendly and helpful. I have a complex medical history and that was all taken into account and addressed. Overall a very great experience and would definitely recommend. I was seen by Dr Pavel and Michael.

An enormous THANK YOU for fitting me in for the emergency appointment I had with you yesterday. The lady dentist who saw me was unbelievably kind and caring to me, as was the assistant, at a time I was terrified and in agony. I cannot thank you enough for finding me an appointment at such short notice. Thank you so so much. For anyone looking for an emergency dental provider, I would definitely recommend this venue. We had to travel an hour and a half nearly to get here but absolutely worth it. Amazing team of staff proving a service that's exactly what we need more of. I can't praise this place enough from start to finish over the last couple of days. Thank you

So far Cambridge Dental Hub experience has been fantastic. I had 2 wisdom teeth out, and both the Dentist (Margarita) and the nurse (Francesca) were incredibly reassuring and friendly. The whole procedure was quick and painless, I highly recommend if you have anxiety with these sort of procedures. Thank you :D

Had fantastic treatment from Dr Margarita and Laura. I'd had a bad experience previously at a different dentist having an extraction, but I was instantly put at ease here. It was a difficult extraction but the way it was handled and my treatment was brilliant. I won't hesitate to use them again.

I have never been so impressed by a service before. The people at Cambridge Dental hub were so lovely and understanding... they really listened and took all of my concerns into account. I had an appointment booked immediately for the same/next day and the treatment was exceptional. I cannot thank them enough. Definitely swapping to have this be my regular dental surgery. I could not recommend them more.

On consultation I've been told it will be easy job with no pain at all. I did really trust Dr Margarita as she was able to listen to me carefully, explain everything and ansewer all the questions.

Extraction took 5 min and I felt NO SINGLE PAIN - can't describe how glad I am that I met You. All the best for Cambridge Dental Hub and all Staff.

Unfortunately I will be not attending anymore for any conusltation with Mr Ricky as I didn't feel comfortable when I couldn't understand anything what I've been told, apparently it was some sort of English but it made me feel extremely stressed and left slightly poor first experience with the place.
