Hampshire Terrace Dental Care

The dentists and staff were all super nice and understanding of my anxiety. Unfortunately I had to have a filling redone and I kept having some pain afterwards. First I was told that because the filling was white, it needed more time to properly settle in. After 2 weeks I was still in pain and during the follow up appointment I was told if was all good. Only to 3 months later and a move to London, I was told I was in pain because I needed the filling redone as there was some decay underneath the just recently done filling.

Since I was born missed three appointments thro Covid period! that was excuse to unregister us! Unfair

The receptionists at this place are abhorrent, absolutely rude and dismissive. I was given the wrong date for my appointment after an 8 month wait & I unfortunately missed the second appointment ( a text reminder was promised but not received) the receptionist categorically told me I was wrong -she was right -struck me off and and hung up ! The dental service I received was excellent.

The communication from this dental surgery is exemplary.

Myself and my husband have been going to Hampshire Terrace for 15+ years. Receptionists are always helpful and welcoming, with fab communication and reminders for appointments.
They have a number of different dentists/therapists and always had great treatment. I've just had a filling, and going home with a smile after such fantastic service!

Had been a customer to this dentist my entire life until they removed me from their books after closing during covid and not telling me they were open again. Seems like it's planning to go private and has been for a while now

Very kind and helpful staff. I have been to multiple different dental practices and this one is the only one that i have actually recommended to family and friends!

As far as dental visits go, I honestly cannot praise HT dentist enough! My son needed a filling and baby tooth removed, the first time he's ever had numbing. Victoria and Christina were fab! Talking him through every step they were going to do, praising him, comforting him, and making him feel safe in their hands. Something that could have been traumatic for a child was made comfortable by these 2 super humans!
