The staff were really friendly and the dentist I saw was fantastic and made me feel relaxed and at ease.

Appalling customer service!!
I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant and have a 16 month old son already. I work full time so due to having an appointment booked I had to take holiday from work and pay for childcare.
I originally tried to rearrange my appointment due to the fact I would have to use holiday at work by the lady I spoke to said they couldn't see me till next year if I done that, on that note I told the lady I would keep the appointment I had booked already and just have to use holiday at work. All was fine until I called up the surgery (on the day of the appointment) only to find they had cancelled my appointment completely.
Now I've lost money on childcare and used holiday at work for no reason.
I am appalled this is the way they treat customers.
Apparently they have no note I even called and tried blaming it all on me for replying to a text saying I would like to rearrange. I called just after I sent that text and the lady I spoke to assured me it would be fine.
Clearly not!!
Stay away from this dentist all all costs!!

After a bad Procedure, the Fter Cair was less than good I felt like I was just getting in the way.

My children appointment were constantly being changed to the point that they were not seen for over a year.

I have moved.
I was with them from the day they opened Nd it has just gone down hill.
