Arkh-View Dental Centre

I rang 111 due to swelling on my throat witch is causing me severe pain I wos then referred to two dentists this being one of them I rang the first which where more then happy to help me but didn’t have the space. So they said to pop down an register as I would be more likely to get a place to be seen as I am in the category emergency. I then went on to ring this dental center where I wos told I can get seen but it will be 35 pound to be seen. That’s disgusting as I am on nhs witch I told them and they still wanted 35 pounds.

Broke a tooth and this lady dentist kindly repaired it for me. She listened carefully and worked quickly to correct my issue. I would definitely recommend her.

Apparently if you don't attend in 3yrs you get kicked off their books, BUT ONLY if your a NHS patient whether your a paying NHS patient or entitled to free treatment, although I personally know people that haven't attended for much longer & they're still there,
Also nobody could make appointments for nearly 2yrs due to covid ! They apparently was only seeing emergencies. At the start of lockdown I called them several times as an emergency but to no avail so out of the last 3yrs two being covid lockdown hmmmm doesn't really add up.they just didn't care and definitely don't care unless your paying private prices which they actually offered me, they said they would add me back if I paid full on private prices instead of NHS prices. Greedy

Had no problems. Register all my kids in the Centre. Every work is properly explained. Dentistry is not my area of expertice, so commenting as a customer.

Called on the phone after being referred by 111. absolutely abysmal customer service over the phone. the man i spoke to didn't even let me finish my sentence before raising his voice saying we don't have any appointments available. don't waste your time coming here. If i could give 0 stars i think even that would be to much.

Receptionist Nicky was extremely rude to me over the when I asked for a emergency appointment.
I done my filling here and it came out after a year so I called them to ask for a emergency appointment as I was in pain, this lady NICKY was extremely rude.

Great dentist, Victoria helped make it a very soothing experience for me!

Gave my wife a filling when she needed a root canal. She now has an infection and needs emergency surgery.

Update - My wife's endodontic surgeon confirmed the infection and root canal was caused by the bad filling done at Arkh View. This has now caused us thousands of dollars as we were on holiday in the US. Avoid this place!!!
