Parkway Dentalcare

After a long time of not visiting a dentist I needed emergency treatment. I got an appointment really quickly. Everyone helped to keep me relaxed and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 😁

TBH I felt rushed through!
I am a nervous patient as it is.
I couldn't understand the dentist as he had a strong foreign accent!
My hearing is limited at present, but I felt too nervous to ask the dentist to repeat himself.
My regular dentist who I haven't seen yet is female, I'm hoping I can understand her better.
I have been a patient here for years and used to have a wonderful dentist and so live in hope I will again.

I can't fault it. I arrived in good time for my 08.45 appointment, so was invited into surgery punctually. It was the standard check up I had been watching on the massive screen outside. My opinions and preferences were listened to in a friendly approachable way. I didn't need to opt for unnecessary extras. So I was out within 15 minutes; hopefully no problems during the next 6 months

The practice systems are well organised and you do not have to wait long for your appointment. The environment is light, airy, professional and reassuring.
The appointment itself was conducted with professional care and attention to detail. The hygienist most informative and helpful. Thank you to everyone in the team!

Lovely Staff, always welcome you with a smile. My dentist Chiara was brilliant and also answered lots of questions I had. I know I am in good hands when I go back!

The staff are welcoming, friendly, reassuring and efficient.

The surgery is clean, light and airy.

There is a large carpark.

I have removed one star as if you are more than 5 minutes late you may not be seen.

Excellent service today. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful, especially when booking next appointment around my working pattern. The dentist was very helpful, explaining the options of treatments available.

Was very happy with my treatment with Nick Forster was nervous after being with Mr Cotterell for years,but l am very happy with my new dentist, l find parkway dentists one of the best,no problems at all,find all the staff friendly and helpful. Thumbs up
