Off-handed, bad with patient communication, wasted money on a mouthguard which was entirely wrong, 100% due to not listening to my needs as a patient. When I asked where I could place my jacket, I was pointed to the office bin. Lodging formal complaint against this "practice". Nothing "precision" about it!

I have been an nhs patient here for about 5 years. In that time I have had 3 major procedures carried out.
Each dentist I have seen has been excellent, I think most are recent graduates but the care given Is always very professional. Reception are always polite, friendly and efficient.
