Fleet Dental Centre

Like alot of people I hate going to the dentist, the fear of needles and pain whilst laying back in a chair feeling vulnerable is not a nice experience. I also need regular visits to the hygienist.
My review today is for Terry Wickham, he has made my visits as comfortable as possible, helped me manage my fear and looked after my teeth and mouth care impeccably. He is by far one of the nicest people I have met, it is almost a pleasure going to see him. I can hand on heart say I would not go so regularly if at all if it wasnt for him.

I have now had two hygiene appointments with Terry. The experience was nothing like any other hygienist in the past! I felt welcome, relaxed and hardly felt a thing!!! Thank you Terry, you’re The Best!!

i would like to say thank you to the staff at fleet dental centre. i had a tooth break up just before christmass last year, could not get an appointment anywhere.then i got in touch with fleet dental centre may this year,rang first thing in the morning had emergency appiontment within an hour

Absolutely awful !! Dentist is rude ! Receptionist is just as bad . I’ve taken all my children off the list . I would avoid at all costs and to be honest it could do with a lick of paint at least it feels like a back street dentist

Excellent dentist especially Damien. However beware, they kick you off their patient list with no warning if you don't attend for a while. Then they ignore complaints.

I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a dentist, but here we go! If you’re nervous about the dentist then I can’t recommend Terry highly enough. He put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door and he explained everything he was doing.
I also had no problems booking my appointment, the receptionists were great and my appointment was on time. You can’t really ask for much more!

The booking system needs improvement. As I came to the practice with a confirmed appointment that I have waited for over a month however I was told the appointment is not in the system when I arrived. This is bizarre. And the only feedback I have received is “I don’t know what to say.” The practice needs to consider another booking system or receptionist.

*I have never been to this dental office and I am only reviewing my phone conversation.* Their website clearly states that they are accepting new patients. So, I called today and was told no, they are not accepting new patients at this time. I said that they may consider updating their website because it states they are. After I said this, the receptionist paused and said "ok, thanks, bye." That's it. No apology. No sorry for the confusion. Nothing.
