Quedgeley House Dental Practice

Absolutely shocking service, after having mine and my sons appointments cancelled 4 times. I've broken my tooth and rang to see if I could get an emergency appointment as my next one isn't until September. The receptionist said there are no emergency appts this week and also mine and my sons checkups should have been cancelled already as they aren't doing anything other than emergency appts until they get a new dentist and they don't know when that will be.
Now I need to find a new Dentist.

This dentist is most terrible practice going, they kept cancelling on me and say they ring me to make new appointment and didn't got no phone calls or anything and been nearly few months! They need sort thereself out because they going expect lots of patients to leave

Terrible service. Going back a year or so my wife went for a simple extraction due to tooth pain. They extracted half, messed it up completely and left her with half a tooth stuck in. Treble the pain and no solution. The proper dentists at St. James Quedgeley had to sort it out. Matthewson and the gang are the best.
Avoid this place like the plague.

Once a good practice, but sadly no longer able to offer appointments, even when you have extreme tooth pain. The site ought to be shut down, or put under a new management with fresh ideas.

Terrible dentist! Well they don’t even have dentist working there! Canceled my appointment like 3 times and when I do go it feels all rushed and not organised to standard. Do not recommend!

Came for a hygiene appointment 14/11/2022. The hygienist Rukhsh and the nurse was lovely. I called last week and was give lots of available times and days.
The hygienist was very calm and gentle and was also throughly checked everything. The whole journey was very pleasant

Called to book in for a hygienist appointment and got in on the same day! The hygienist was lovely and so was the dental nurse. Definitely will be rebooking again!

I attended for hygiene appointment last month, I am very pleased with the service provided to me. The staff was very supportive. Would definitely recommend this practice to others :)
