Everybody was so patient and understanding when it came to my huge phobia of dentists. They constantly checked I was OK and not in any pain. Ricky rebuilt teeth that I honestly thought would have to be extracted, such a huge relief and they look amazing. Erin was my hygienist and was also incredibly understanding.
I totally recommend Blue Sky, especially if you are frightened or nervous.

I was referred to Blue Sky Dental for root canal treatment. The endodontic specialist, Daniel, was excellent. I felt no pain during or after the treatment and I'm very pleased with the result. The staff at Blue Sky were helpful and pleasant and I can't fault them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and can I just say that this is a great location with easy parking (both in the street and in the nearby Baddow Road car park).

I had the best experience as first time patient at this clinic. At first very friendly & professional reception. The lady’s gave me all the information I needed before the dentist saw me. Dr. Ricky, together with his assistant made me feel very welcomed &comfortable taking the time to explain to me about my treatment & reassuring me of a painless treatment as I have a great fear of dentist needles. The procedure went smoothly and he managed to get the infection treated and saved my tooth. I am very happy and not in pain anymore. I totally recommend this clinic. The best I’ve ever been to. The staff cares about their patients and they do their best to treat your problems and make you feel comfortable.

I had two dental implants plus bone grafting which took some time but throughout, Dr Hiten Pabari and his team were nothing short of brilliant. Their communication was efficient and friendly, treatment was pain free and the results are excellent. Hiten and his staff made me feel completely relaxed and confident in their abilities at all times. I can see why they are so highly rated - they deserve it!

Excellent. Professionalism right from the reception. You immediately feel at ease. The doctor is young but very prepared. I had, after the visit and an X-ray, an opinion on my situation, followed by possible solutions and a step-by-step plan to solve everything. Everything is documented and was delivered to me together with a plan for the timing and cost estimate with the convenient payment methods. I'm really satisfied and can't wait to get started. Thank you.

Very happy with my treatment. It looked to be a difficult extraction. There was an abscess in a tooth with a crown on top. Too fragile for my own dentist to do. The whole procedure took 15 minutes to complete. Was sensitively done and pain free.
Going back in 6 weeks for another treatment. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

We were given the wrong postcode by Blue sky and ended up in Mildmay Road 10 mins before appt, so that was frantic. The appt was 14.30 but the day before I received a phone call asking if we could come at 14.00, which we did. But still waited till after 14.30 before we went in. On the phone I was told it was £80 and had to pay half before hand, then in dentist chair we were given a bill of £500!!!!! This was absolutely shocking! And would have been prohibitive if we had known this beforehand. Perhaps that's why we were told £80?
The staff were all very nice, the dental nurse particularly kind. The dentist was showing a lot of "builders bum"!!!! The wait seemed unnecessary as the previous patient came out of the room when we arrived so we knew the room was vacant all that time. When we did eventually go in, the dentist said they hadn't received the referral. It seemed a bit disorganised and late in the day to have a patient travel to you and be sitting in the chair before you realise you don't have a referral. They found it in the end but how did they know what they were supposed to be doing if they hadn't seen it before?? And springing a £500 bill on you when you're already in the chair was very unfair. We weren't even verbally told, just asked to sign 2 papers, one of which was consent. If I hadn't been there to read them to my mum she wouldn't have known what she was signing, and still wouldn't have known it was £500! The cost should have been made clear on the phone, not be told £80. All in all not a great experience, but staff nice. And learn your postcode when people are travelling a distance!
