Michael Shipway & Associates Dental Practice

My father has been going to Shipway Dental Practice for almost. 50 years and he has always had excellent care. Michael Shipway cares for dads teeth and always makes dad feel very welcome and in safe hands, nothing is too much trouble. Also the receptionists are very friendly and accommodating, special mention to Janice who has known us for a long time!

My husband and I have been patients of Michael Shipway for more than 20 years.

Michael is a brilliant dentist; nothing is too much trouble and his skill is very clear.
Michael and all his staff, nurses, receptionists, all are so courteous and friendly.
We feel very thankful for all he done for us, and indeed our daughter and grandchildran.

As always Michael puts you at ease. As a severely Dental phobic patient, I have never been happy having to attend appointments. Visiting Michael however makes me comfortable during my treatment and he even makes me laugh. Fab service.

Marvellous. Been with the practise since the 1970's. One of the best decisions I ever made in my life was walking through their doors. Wonderful friendly surgery, location and environment. Superb care.

Always very efficient, prompt and caring. Staff turnover during and after Vivid has been quite high (particular hygienists) which has led to feeling of less continuity.
Hopefully resolved now.

Unfortunately I have had problems with dental implants
The person who did the original work has left and his replacement is trying hard to resolve my problems
I have had 3 different dentists as they don't seem to stay long
I don't want to leave as a new practise would not want to take responsibility.
I had my previous dentist in Cirencester for 40 years
Sorry I left.

I had lost a front tooth. Michael Shipway replaced it,, pinned it to make it secure, leaving me with a complete and professional job well done. I was delighted with my treatment.
