Goodleigh Dental Practice

I visited Goodleigh today for a Hygienist appointment with Emma Taylor. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, and more importantly, my appointment was on time. Emma made me feel very welcome, explained everything she was doing, and even gave me some great advice on the best way to floss!

Thank you Dr. Shar Deb for wonderful dental work and for working so hard to get me an amazing smile in time for my daughters wedding. No gaps now!
Also, thank you to your nurse who often stayed late with you to get work done. Very pleased with the result.

Filling fitted incorrectly and left in pain and unable to chew on one side. Currently being ignored by the client services manager, despite repeated efforts to get in contact to help resolve the issue and get treatment. Shorifa started off as polite, and completely changed her attitude to me as a patient when I experienced a problem - after her work she became very patronising and rude when I was experiencing pain after she fitted a filling. Very poor service. Would not recommend, definitely choose a different dentist surgery.

From the first point of call which is the reception i can only say its a pleasant experience. Receptionist who ever I have spoken to are helpful, polite and a pleasure to talk to. My dentist Crina is a dentist I always feel comfortable with. She gives me great confidence, explains all options, is a lovely person as well as very professional. So refreshing to have such pleasant reception staff! Always very welcoming and polite. I have been a fair few times and dentist is always nice however my most recent dentist appointment was dissapointing as the dentist was very rude, blunt and dismissive. I am quite a nervous patient and my usual dentist is so kind and makes me feel at ease but this time (different dentist) it was horrible. When I said apologies I am a little nervous she barked "just yes or no" at me. Not a good experience and a shame as normally a good one.

I have registered with Goodleigh dentist since last week, everything went very smoothly and reception staff were very polite and very welcoming.
I got an appointment with the dentist Dr Shorifa Nargis; I have been registered with dentists around London but the experience I had with Dr Nargis, was amazing experience.
Dr Nargis is very well trained dentist, very calm and she explained through my X Ray tooth by tooth and she even explained all pro and cons of different treatment.
Long story short, she gave me her own extra time to do emergency work on my teeth and I am now pain free and sensitivity of tooth completely gone.
Her clinic was spotless clean and of course she had brilliant nurse.
If you choose Goodleigh Dentist and I am sure you can’t go wrong.

First, I must provide the context that I am an extremely anxious dental patient who, through a variety of reasons, has used circumstances to procrastinate on going to the dentist regularly; prior to attending Goodleigh Dental Practice I had not visited a dentist in years.

I cannot emphasise enough how professional, knowledgeable and accommodating the dental practice is. This is never more evident than how it is embodied by Dr. Dr. Shorifa (Dentist) and
Clarissa (Dental nurse) whom I visited today with a chipped front tooth. Dr. Shorifa was sympathetic yet firm, with clear explanation of not only the actions she was taking but also explaining the science behind the importance of not only brushing regularly but also flossing. The dental procedure to address the chipped front tooth was painless and expertly actioned, with support to support, and relieve, any anxiety I may have had. Indeed, the whole appointment was quite cathartic regarding any previous anxiety regarding dentists and, genuinely, I look forward to my next check-up.

Broke a part of the front tooth, all scared that will need a new tooth, Dr. Cristi an artist, rebuild it so good that you couldn't tell the difference. Very delicate and good Doctor. Exactly as before. Many thanks 😊
