Who told the receptionist that?
I have just seen my partner get broken in to bits on the phone, after asking for an emergency appointment, Due to suffering with mental health he missed ONE appointment from then taken off the system and refused to see him, I could hear her tone of voice and to be quite frank, Im glad I am not with this surgery, The surgery I am with is what you call HIGH END.

The moment my partner mentioned he suffers with mental health, she went straight in for the attack saying he should be like the rest of us..... major staff training required at this place, absolutely disgusting attitude. The receptionist is just lucky It wasnt me she was on the phone too.

Dr. Saleem and the assistant are fantastic, they are very professional and patient. They helped my little son to have teeth filling and removed one of his baby tooth. With their professional technique, my son feels nothing uncomfortable.

Thank you miss Saleem! You are a life saver. Best dentist ever! Got booked in as an emergency appointment and she gave me the works. Miss saleem tried to refer me for 3 extractions and I couldn’t wait for 14 weeks for personal reasons. She was understanding and very caring about my situation. Too my surprise She looked at her dairy and booked me in 3 days after my appointment and did three extractions no problem at all. Made me feel comfortable and very relaxed. Receptionists we’re friendly and polite too and all involved in my treatment were very professional. Thank you bridge and thank you miss saleem!

Awful experience. Had an appointment for my son cancelled a couple of weeks ago as we were 3 minutes late. We were told to leave as we couldn't be seen. Then we arrive early for a further appointment and are not see until almost 20 minutes after the appointment time. No explanation but I over heard a discussion about the previous patient being 10 minutes late!

Canceled my appointment and didn't tell me untill I turned up. Then couldn't fit me in until next year.

Because I was a patient here and I have 2 teeth that are now falling out, in the conditions that during the Covid period they called me 3 times and they did nothing to make me feel better! 02/09/2023 I called in time that there was traffic and I arrived, and Dr. Miss Afzal had no patient and in the end she didn't receive my baby! And today's two girls didn't do enough to talk about me, who was very upset! I was not satisfied with their friendship nor with their quality

I have always hated going to the dentist because I have had many bad experiences which made me very nervous and anxious. Dr Dhaliwal is amazing. He explains everything in detail and puts you at ease .The dental nurse is so lovely too . The receptionists are so warm and welcoming. .I highly recommend this dental practice .

I cannot recommend Dr Dhunna enough!!
He has just repaired my 13 year olds front tooth, after he smashed it in half (Bike related incident ).
I was a little concerned as this being his front adult tooth it would effect his smile/look for the rest of his life, but we had a thorough consultation and they were happy that it could be repaired without any invasive treatment.

Dr Dhunna and the dental nurse were really friendly and kept talking to my son throughout the treatment.
The repair is amazing, you’d never know it wasn’t his natural tooth. Thank you!
