It is easy to get to especially by bus as it is next to the bus station. You have to go upstairs but there is a lift if required. The reception is well run with efficient staff always available. My dentist is cheerful, very professional and considerate and assisted by able and pleasant nurses. The premises is cleaned to covid standards. I am very pleased with everything and have no intention of changing and give a deserved maximum rating .

For a first time user, the entrance wasn't signed posted clearly and untidy.
The staff (Reception, Jess & Kowaida) were nice and professional.
There was a problem with power to the dentist's light which was disappointing.

Lovely friendly reception staff, put you at ease if you don't like visiting the dentist. Reasonable waiting time for non emergency treatment when trying to make an appointment particulary as it's now very hard to find an NHS dentist in Gloucester and they are very very busy. Would recommend as any treatment and cost is explained clearly upfront and really nice professional attentive service from my dentist and his dental nurse when I had my filling today.

Complete waste of time. Spelt my name and email wrong. Got my address wrong. Text me 25 minutes before my appointment with another appointment for 3 weeks time. When I spoke to the receptionist about my appointment when ai arrived they told me it had been cancelled and they had text me which was not true as I showed them my phone which showed no cancellation message. Completely wasted my time and have caused no amounts of stress as I now need to find another dentist as I cannot trust somewhere that cannot do the simplest tasks.

I was at the dentist yesterday to discuss how to manage receiving treatment. Due to a severe dental phobia I have from a previous situation of where a dentist collapsed my Airways. My dentist was getting funny with me for being scared even though she has seen my anxiety many times. The way I was spoken to caused nerve to leave the room crying and shaking. Other staff like receptionist and the nurse were caring. But being mistreated by two dentists at te same surgery is horrible.

Bad experience in some way every time I’ve attended. The first time I had my teeth polished & it was brutal, never bled so much. Second time they did a filling (badly) without my consent. Other times they have rearranged my appointment last minute without letting me know, then rescheduled it with the wrong dentist. Waited nearly an hour for my last appointment. No-one called as promised to let me know my guard had arrived so I had to chase them up weeks later. A shambles compared to my last dentist sadly. Would like to change but it’s very difficult these days.

Kind and very welcoming reception, can easily say one of the best dental experiences I have had in my life. Definitely will continue have my treatments here.

Awful. Waiting for nearly 1 hour for an emergency appointment. Sat in the chair, told tooth was infected and loose and told I have to register with a dentist to get it sorted, and then I was being made to leave. I had to request for something to be done about the tooth to see me through to getting it sorted out. Given a temporary filling which feels like I've had and extension of .25 times the tooth, only for it to come off as soon as I ate something.

Literally a con to get some money out of people and the NHS.
