The practice itself was clean, modern and welcoming. The reception staff were very friendly and kept me informed of the time to wait. When we were called through, the dentist herself was very friendly and pleasant and it was obvious she knew how to deal with children. During the whole appointment she engaged with my nephew and made sure we were both comfortable and knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend this dental practice

I had a great experience. I am usually very nervous about visits to the dentist. Dr Liew and her dental nurse really put me at ease . They were jovial and welcoming. Their gentleness and compassion made the experience less anxiety provoking and throughout the procedure and afterwards she explained everything to me. They even asked me what type of music I like to put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this dental practice. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

In April 2021, after what felt like consistent pointless and wasted appointments at another dentist, my biggest worry became a reality… due to problems with my teeth when I was younger, my front tooth cracked in half and began to break away. This was when I contacted Kent Smile Studio, and the only regret I’ve had since that day was not contacting them sooner!

As an incredibly nervous patient I cannot fault Harj at Kent smile studio in Maidstone. Always so patient and understanding with her manner and I would not consider another dentist the whole time I have a choice. The reception ladies are always do polite and again patient with individuals who are nervous like myself.

Can’t recommend the surgery enough! The Dentists and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I’m really happy with my treatment and my 2 year Son seems to enjoy his visit to Dr Kaur - she was so friendly, playful and really put him at ease.

Visited this dentist practice for the first time today and it was the best dental visit I have ever had! I hadn't visited a dentist for over 6 years so beforehand was worried about what treatment I would need. However, as soon as I walked through the door I was made to feel at ease. The staff were so welcoming. The dentist I saw was so lovely, kind and gentle. At the end of the consultation she showed me my teeth and explained a treatment plan for me going forward. Fantastic service and treatment all round :)

Had a lovely appointment today with DR X NG. I'm usually quite a scared patient but this dentist has made me so comfortable had a little laugh and I feel I can trust her with everything she says. Would strongly recommend her and hope she never leaves. It's such a nice feeling not being scared to go to the dentist now keep up your amazing work DR X NG your a lovely caring lady.
