The Orthodontic Practice

My daughter had to have braces fitted on both her upper and later on her lower teeth; which can be painful. But the technicians at this practice are patient and skilled which is really helping my daughter through what will be a very lengthy process.

Great place with friendly and welcoming staff. My daughter has regular brace adjustments and is relaxed and has good relationship with the dentist

Most of the people there are great and for the first year of my time there it was great. But then I switched to the owner of the establishment and he was ok when my parent was in the room but after they left he was rude and wasnt gentle with my teeth. Not to mention that he was 30 minutes late to my appointment.

They have been really looking after my daughter, who has been scared by previous dentists. There's no parking but there are some car parks nearby .

Don't recommend the staff are disrespectful. Cut my mouth open when taking off my braces. Making a fuss ab9ut sending my retainers to my dentist for them to fit instead.

Spoke to the receptionist to find out where about my child is in the waiting list ,she reported she did not know until later on when she checked the waiting list and said my child was 191 on the list - no indication given as to how long will it take
It felt like you have to drag the information and the reception staff had no clue about their services

My friend went here the other day and told me the horror story of an old man working there that put her in so much pain trying to rip off the brace from the teeth. He should retire and help save lives and teeth.
