It has excellent access with the carpark right outside the door, the carpark is quiet as the building is located in a peaceful residential area - no need to stumble out onto a busy high street with half your face numb.
My wife often recalls an occasion where she took my father (who had dementia) and my mother (who was waiting for a knee and hip op) whilst pushing our newly born daughter in the push chair. My father was fast, my mother wasn't and a push chair requires some management. The dentist (which is excellent) we used had no parking and steep steps, it was a very difficult operation. If you have any of the issues we had I can recommend Zebon Copse if only for the access. If you have a push chair or mobility aids the doors are wide and the access is all at ground level. The reception area is open and clear and the reception staff welcoming and extremely helpful.
As it turns out my first experience of Zebon Copse was for myself, I had an issue which was causing me some discomfort and I couldn't face the wait for my NHS appointment. I phoned Zebon Copse and they saw me within a few hours, the issue was diagnosed (x rays included in price) and I was given a course of antibiotics (no need to find a chemist, no additional prescription charge and all included in the price).
I was advised that I needed a tooth removed (my NHS dentist also confirmed this when I saw them a few days later). I had already booked the extraction with Zebon.
You can't really say "you had a great experience" having a tooth pulled out but I can't imagine it going any better. The whole operation was calm and methodical, apparently this was a tricky one but there was no suggestion of that at the time. I followed the simple instructions given to me as I left and by the next morning I felt pretty good, no longer needing painkillers and everything seemed to have started healing. I can imagine that would not have been the case with a less skilled dentist.
I will be taking my elderly mother there soon, confident that she will be able to get in and out AND get excellent dental care!
