The Neem Tree Dental - Wandsworth

I am incredibly grateful to Neem Tree for booking me in to have an emergency out of hours appointment for a horrendous bout of toothache I was having last week. After calling at 4pm, the receptionist Perch did everything she could to ensure that a dentist could see me that day, and I went in at 8pm to have emergency treatment which allowed me to go on holiday the next day pain free! Despite the appointment being late at night (I was there until 9:45pm), both Dr Fernando Madeira and Ammara took their time to explain all of the options to me and really sought to get me out of pain. They were both lovely and gentle and I am incredibly grateful to the Neem Tree for their kindness and willingness to help. Ammara even emailed me the next day to check that I was ok and to wish me a nice holiday!

It was such a lovely experience. The dentist explained everything to me on the easiest way to understand what was about to happen. All the staff were so kind. I highly recommend this dentist practice.

I had what I thought to be a very pleasant experience from front of house and general attitude of staff...however, I have now discovered how EXTORTIONATE and OVERPRICED this place was...wisdom tooth extraction under local that cost me altogether about £1k (other private places do it for MUCH MUCH less!) ...and then to receive medical history that are filled with errors (on a legal document!) Poor form. I now have an Eating Disorder according to them, and a smoker who received cessation advice? (In any case, nobody told me to stop smoking whatever it was I happened to be smoking according to them) Considering that this would affect treatment plan and everything else...come on, its a legal medical document!

The team is highly skilled. They took the time to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable with the procedure. My teeth look and feel great!

This dentist is by far the best one I have used. Its attention to detail is brilliant. Its caring attitude and support is phenomenal. Ali and Fatima are superb.

A superb, caring and prompt service. Dr Mehra saw me for emergency treatment when my own dentist let me down despite me having intense pain. She quickly diagnosed the issue, treated the acute pain and sent me to the endodondist Dr Madeira. I was very impressed by his knowledge, he was very thorough and caring and explained everything to me step by step. I have such faith in the Neem Tree that I will be commuting from Birmingham to use them on a regular basis. An excellent and skilled team and I cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

Excellent Invisalign treatment. Although I had a complicated procedure; I felt no pain or discomfort throughout. Each part of the treatment was explained by the dentist. The Neem Tree practice is very welcoming, professional and at a good price. I’m very happy with end results

I’m fuming. I just popped into the neem tree to have my crown stuck back on. I was in the dentist for a maximum of 10 minutes. I was charged £245 which is utterly ridiculous & extortionate. I had no injections, I was in the chair for 10 minutes. It was literally to glue my crown back on. I feel infuriated that I wasn’t warned about the cost. Having been to see another dentist for an emergency appointment recently I was expecting a cost of £70max. (The last one was £50). I’m surprised I wasn’t told the cost prior to the appointment & I would warn any potential Customers to CHECK THE PRICES! Dentists shouldn’t charge a one price for all treatments. I feel ripped off
