Excellent service, from staff from reception to all doctors ( Tom Healey), professionals, friendly and very helpful. Can’t say much more best experience I have ever had with dentist. Highly recommended !

Met with a warm welcome, Dentist and Dental nurse were excellent.
Informed me of my dental condition and gave me advice for the next few months.
Came away feeling very positive.

CAR PARKING very limited and not at all user friendly for able -bodied or disabled , although probably out of practices control as appears to be a unadopted road /area.

I have a fear of the Dentist, and need to go private to give myself more options and time. A friend who also has the fear recommended the Old Surgery so gave it a go as a last resort and glad I did. I am Autistic so need to be heard where a fear is concerned as it is far from irrational, thankfully the Dentist Rich and Hygienist Libby do some of the little things that make the world of difference. Don't lower the chair too low, don't tilt me back too far, regular reassurance breaks, warm the water for hygiene cleans etc. It is those things that help get me through the door, and I appreciate it.

For years I was scared of the dentist and tried many different ones in the area, but Richard and Libby with their care and patience have helped me to over come my fears. Excellent service

A very professional dental surgery. Focused on patient needs. All my treatments were fully explained before commencement. I have found all staff, Dentist, Hygienist and Receptionists to be courteous, and helpful.

Double appointment. See Achilles for annual check up - all clear. See Libbie for a good clean. Excellent, very quickly seen and dealt with. Would recommend to anyone.
