I was in desperate need of an appointment and Inspire was one of the few places that were able to offer me an appointment as everywhere else were too full to take on more.
Lovely receptionist but was really disappointed with the service received from the dentist. Won’t mention her name as you’ll see the same name pop up when you’re reading the other 1 star reviews.
Lacks people skills, rude and abrupt. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting kind and caring dentists before but this has to be one of the worst experiences for me to date and I never been spoken to with so much annoyance. Will be looking for a different practise to continue my treatment especially since I am paying for it.

I have been with Inspire Dental for over 10 years. The practice is clean, staff are welcoming, polite and very friendly.
Hoisin, my dentist is a nice, polite and genuine gentleman. Of course he is also a very good dentist who looks after you well at all times… thank you to all the team!

It's not easy to find a good dentist today. I can't to be more happy cause I found the best dentist ever to me. They are so professional and kind there.

My family and I have been at Inspire for a number of years, the receptionists are professional and welcoming. Mr Hossein, my dentist and the dental nurse, have made my family and I feel at ease and relaxed, this being particularly beneficial to my youngest child. Treatment has always been explained. The room is immaculate, the chair and equipment are cleaned and changed after each one of us. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I think this is a dentist who’s ok if your teeth aren’t that bad. But if you have problems I would recommend looking elsewhere. I’ll explain why:

I’ve waited a few weeks before leaving this review, because I want to be objective, fair and help people make a decision. I’d argue they are more a 2.5 than a 3.
The hygienist service is great, really thorough and straight forward with advice. The reception staff are alright, it’s a pretty thankless task to be a medical receptionist so you can’t expect loads of enthusiasm/sympathy.
The dentist was able to see me quickly when I had an emergency, however I ultimately felt really let down.
I required multiple referrals for specialist treatments that Dr Mohseni told me he was unable to complete himself (fair enough), however once I’d required the re-writing of the third referral he simply told me no, and that I would need to find a new dentist because he didn’t want to spend the time doing this. He took many weeks to do this. It felt a lot like he just couldn’t be bothered/didn’t really care, which wasn’t great.

Absolutely appauled how I have been treated after many years of attending this practice. I’ve had my appointments messed around, I was refused for missing an appt when I was assaulted. They treat you differently if you’re NHS and not private. I was charged £280 for a mouth guard which wasn’t needed due to a second opinion. The receptionist staff are unhelpful and rude, ignore your queries and cry wolf to management. I first made a complaint this year after my appt was messed up and management completely disregarded my complaint and said I was in the wrong as I didn’t hear the staff member my second complaint was regarding my 15 month old baby who they refused as he was NHS added him to a waiting list then removed him after a month with no notification. When I called and queried this the receptionist ignored my query said I can’t help you goodbye and hung up the phone. I made a complaint and they cancelled my appt less than 7 working days to it approaching and told me I was aggressive. They didn’t acknowledge any of my complaint whatsoever ever. They dismissed my mum the year before for being disabled and NHS as they wanted strictly private patients only. I was told if my son is in pain to call nhs 111 how does a baby that does not speak tell you his in pain. AVOID at all cost! If you’re English they don’t like you and if your NHS they will kick you out. Not to mention how if you complain about the staff wrong doing they will manipulate your violent. Please explain how I can be violent over the phone!

Monica the dental hygienist is simply the best! She is gentle and thorough, and is keen to educate every patient to clean their teeth as best they can. I will be back again in six months' time.

I am a new patient and have periodontist gum disease all I was advised was to see a hygienist and about oral health I explained I can’t afford to see a hygienist right now and would like to know if I can receive the treatment under band 2 nhs fees seeing as my gums really need a thorough scale and clean to help with the gum disease I will need more than one treatment so it works out very costly for me felt like the dentist didn’t really care even though pleaded with her to help me restore my teeth and gums so I can get my confidence back just made me some back dentures which I have tried before and didn’t get on to great with them my appointment was so rushed she cleaned my teeth for about 40 seconds and just gave me the dentures in a bag and said the instructions are on the leaflet and book an appointment in 3 months feel very let down
