Perfect Smile Dental - Clapham

Only had an initial consultation and examination but amazing service from start to finish. I really appreciate great service and front desk were prompt in getting back to me, everyone was super helpful and polite, and they made me feel comfortable. Very informative consultation, all my questions and concerns were answered and explained. Can't fault thus far and highly recommend!

Maybe the best Dentist experience of my life, and I really hate dentists.
Dr Swapna and her assistant made me feel very comfortable.
I did 3 fillings, I am coming back for crowns in November. I went from scared to go to the dentist to excited to fix my tooth problems with them.

I feel so safe when I attend the practice , I wonder where the fear of seeing a dentist and hygienist came from. Always put at ease from reception. just wish there was as easier way to see a dentist in emergency, now I worried about a bump on my gum

Emily Burden was very friendly, helpful & supportive with helping me figure the best options for my teeth. The reception team was also very warm and kind and greeted me with smiles, I appreciated their service. Would highly recommend!

Been using this dental company since i was a little kid 25 years + from falcon road never had a issue seems like all old professional dentist have left. Its gone down hill & i dont recommend people to attend here even reading the reviews i should of just looked for another dentist

I Booked a appointment with dr john Mascarenhas . Heading to falcon road to realise a sign on door saying they have moved nobody notified me of this upon booking my appointment. My first visit upon explaining i was in serious pain i said it is 100% a root canal. I came in he checked scanned & basically told me it was what i told them. The guy seemed very arrogant not your usual friendly dentist like mr lou trying to make you feel relaxed & comfortable. I was charged £30 for him to spend 5 minutes checking my tooth to tell me what i told him. I then asked can we do the root canal then. He said no you must reschedule for another day . The next available date was a month away. So i said im meant to stay in this pain for a month . He subscribed anti biotic.

In 5 weeks my pain has dissolved

I arrived 13th October 10.04am for my appointment after spending 10 mins looking for parking. They told me im late & i must reschedule. Any establishment you go to allows people a 10 minute grace period. Im surprised they didn’t charge me as-well. Absolute waste of my time i took a day off work arranged childcare for my toddler to be fully dismissed. These people usually have you waiting in reception for 10 minutes + before even being seen .

Receptionist are polite & lovely but this arrogant dentist dr something not right here if you dont want to work find a new profession in his little cubicle drinking coffee wasting peoples time.

Fantastic team at Perfect Smile! Extremely friendly staff from start to finish, there is no pressure to have things done to your teeth, simply clear options put to the patient, good availability of appointments, and the dental team seemingly are able to do work efficiently without causing any pain. Made going to the dentist far less stressful then I have previously been used to.

Finally, after years of being embarrassed by my smile, I am able to smile with confidence.
I had Invisalign treatment under Dr Renato that went off without a hitch.
Since it took only 9 months in lockdown to get a straight smile, without any pain or discomfort, despite being pregnant, I can only recommend this clinic.
When looking for aligners before, I was always advised I would need extractions, which was enough to put me off. I'm glad to see that wasn't the case.

Went to the hygienist today at Perfect Smile Dental Clapham, never been a big fan of going to the dentist and because of Covid-19 it’s been even longer between visits however the facilities the service and the staff were outstanding.
I was kept informed of what was happening at each stage of my treatment was put at ease at all times (I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment).
