Mark is fantastic, I recently went to see him after neglecting my oral health for a while. He has helped to detail any issues I had and also what needs to be done. After a single visit my teeth feel cleaner than they have done in years, I still require some more work but I'm confident that Mark will provide me with the best treatment possible. Would definitely recommend visiting him.

It was my first appointment with Mark yesterday, Friday 10th June 2022, Mark’s friendly, warm attitude was truly welcoming and I am delighted to say, that Mark’s caring nature, put me at ease as soon as I walked into the dental clinic/room.

Mark was very professional, he was extremely open about the treatment involved and explained everything with clarity, step-by-step, which I truly appreciated.

Although, the process was uncomfortable, (I had a lot of complex issues with my teeth), the service performed was extremely thorough and his positive attitude coupled with his love of his work was very apparent.

Mark kindly demonstrated how I should take care of my teeth/gums at home moving forward, prior to my next visit and he seems genuinely enthusiastic that I can continue building on the progress he achieved and even reverse some of the ‘complex issues’ that were presented.

I am actually looking forward to my next visit which is a first, so thank you Mark!

First time at Premium Dental Hygiene on Monday 16th of May. Excellent service from booking right through to cleaning completion. Lovely welcoming atmosphere at the premises. Rachna is the best hygenist I have ever been to. Thorough cleaning yet gentle. She advised and guided me with what I needed to do for good oral health between visits. This is not your average hygenist practice as it far exceeds any I have experienced in the past. Absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend. If I could give a hundred stars I would. Encouraged by all the positive reviews posted on behalf of Mark Kench I decided to book my dental cleaning with him. He was very professional and very good. He took time to explain carefully what he was doing and had a very deft touch. I think he was thorough and offered good follow up advice. I was not disappointed and would definitely recommend him.

Very professional approach with attention to every minute detail of the cleaning. On top of that, I have also received several hints regarding the ways to keep my teeth and gums healthy.
It is a bit difficult to find the door though - you should go through the shop as it is not immediately visible from the street.

First of all, just to say, this place is more expensive than average. But let's be clear, this was the best hygienist service I've ever had--so you get what you pay for. Mark is more thorough than your usual hygienist, which is great. But what I think is more important, he is also much more knowledgeable, explaining precisely what you need to do to keep your oral hygiene optimal. After a couple of visits to this service, my gum health improved significantly, with reduced pocketing. This wouldn't happen with my previous hygienists, because their advice how to keep teeth clean between visits was just not that good.
