Lea Bridge Dental Practice

I was recommended endodontist Kulraj at this practice, and it was a good decision I made to continue with root canal treatment here. At first, I was nervous, but Kulraj is very professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about patients also explains everything very well, assuring that you feel at ease. The procedure can be lengthy but painless! If I ever needed to, I would return to this practice for future treatments.

This place was one of the best dentist in town until they got these rude receptionist’s , they wouldn’t book me in for an appointment.
I called receptionist 2 weeks ago and they refused to give me an appointment because of short-staff/leave.
So I called them back after few weeks and they still wouldn’t give me an appointment and try telling me to go private and pay. After saying il be complaining, the receptionist booked me in for after 3 months time (not happy).
The staff are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Very disappointed they need customer training for sure.

All staff is Very rude/disrespectful and unprofessional, the ladies in this branch were rude and sent me away after I waited in the line for them to finish with another client and they told me "sorry you are late" but I was waiting in the line and they did not listen. I also told this to the lady at the high st branch and she started talking about "oh well you have missed 7 appointments from 2007 to 2014 so I can't make you an appointment" I have been a
client at this dentist for a long time and this is how they treat people. we are in 2022 and she is tell me how I missed 7 appointments and that's why she will not make a appointment. I hope you are reading this review Doctor Gill both your High st and lea Bridge branches are all rude and disrespectful and when you call back they don't answer your call because your number comes up on the system.

The dentist I saw today for my root canal was great by far the best clinical treatment experience that I have ever had whether at the dentist or my GP. However the reviews about the receptionist are correct in the sense they can be a little annoying with all the appointment reminder calls and pestering for payment. Overall the psotive experience with the dentist far outweighs my experience with the receptionist hence the 5 star review.

Not sure why there are negative reviews but i found receptionists all fine. I was referred to the practice by my normal dentist for Root Canal work and recommended to see Mr Kulraj. He was fantastic and very reassuring. Treatment was pain free and well executed. I felt valued and not treated as just another customer.

The staff very rude and unpleasant I have booked appointment few time and they have given me date and time when I arrived at dental practice the stuff were lying about there isn’t no appointment wasn’t booked

Just had my check up and, once again, the service from the reception staff to the dentist was friendly, polite and professional. Less than a week to wait for a check up too!

The negative reviews on here are questionable at best. Judging by the reviews others have left, they appear to be serial complainers with very little context. Friendliness is a two way street…

Ignore the bad reviews - if you’re lucky to get in as an NHS patient, you should have absolutely no problems!

Mrs Patel has got to be 1 of the best dentists I've had. I've only ever been here but seen approx 4 different owners take this practise on. The current owners saved my mum's life , not only good at dental treatment but also take the time to look for abnormalities. They found throat cancer at a very early stage and saved at the time my 66 yr old mother
