Excellent service! Dr Shakira and the fantastic Dental nurse were professional, kind and friendly. Treating a broken tooth they gave me back my smile and confidence and words cannot express my gratitude.

I attended the Garrett lane dental hygienist a few weeks ago. I was seen by Sulaiman Nsubuga and I must praise where praise is due. He applied a fine layer of protective gel to both upper and lower jaw . He made a fabulous job,and I didn’t feel it…🙂

The receptionist's were polite and welcoming. My dentist and her colleague were friendly and professional which made me feel calm.

Receptionist is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, kept talking over me quite rudely I don’t think she even heard what my query was! This was the 3rd time I’ve called in 2 months regarding emergency appointments and spoke to the same receptionist with no solution offered , she spoke over me rudely demanding my date of birth not listening to the fact I need an emergency appointment due to an pulp infection which is so painful I’ve been waiting 2 months! overall there was no kindness and no professionalism I would hope the dental practice take this into consideration… first impressions of a business are crucial. An inadequate receptionist that lacks customer service skills, and telephone manner may need some extensive training. Very off putting for future patients. (I’m a new patient also … so excellent customer service).

Extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. Georgios is amazing, I cant thank him enough. A local private dentist told me I would need a root canal but georgios fixed it with only a deep filling. Saved me £1000+ and all the stress. My other two fillings are perfect and I have had no pain or issues since.

Don’t hesitate to come here, it’s amazing value and just as good as private. Will be coming back here for checkups in the future!

Firstly, the receptionist jasmin is amazing, very friendly and professional, and the dentist Georgios is phenomenal, the best dentist I have ever had, friendly, professional, you can tell he takes pride in his job and cares for his patients, would definitely recommend him. His nurse lynzee is also wonderful, and caring, a has such a warming smile :) and to top it off the surgery was extremely clean.

My dentist made me feel very comfortable.. was very friendly and professional.. she explained exactly what was wrong and was very gentle.
The reception staff are amazing to.
You should definitely consider using this as your local dentist.
