I can't praise enough this practice. Dr. Ben Griffith is an outstanding doctor, has amazing approach when treating children, always calm and gentle. The rest of the staff is also very caring and professional . Would definitely recommend this practice.

Dismal. I was glad to register the children as NHS patients last year. They have had two visits. Each has been less than three minutes with little opportunity to actually talk to the dentist. I understand the NHS is stretched, but that’s ridiculous. Following the last appointment (October) the dentist was due to refer one the kids - it’s the end of January and despite a follow up call, we are still waiting. And finally, a rude receptionist - we were left waiting outside for 20 minutes as she had not heard the doorbell. It happens, but no apology and a sense our arrival was an irritation. I’ve since returned to Park Road Dental (who completed the referral mentioned above within 45 minutes of the end of our appointment). If I had the energy, I’d report this surgery to the NHS, as I assume they receive payment for the “care” provided to my children. Give it a swerve.

Both Dr O'Leary and his colleague are professional and friendly. Treatment is explained clearly. Care taken for pain relief to work.
