King Street Dental Practice

We were highly inconvenient patients, because my two-year-old needed a nappy change just as we were about to be called in, but the staff were all very patient and polite about it. Dr Li Soong was great with my little girl, who had never been to the dentist before.

I have been going King Street Dental Practice for 24 years and Elaine and her team are amazing they are professional, friendly and put you totally at ease I would recommend this dental practice to anyone. They are very accommodating when you need an emergency appt. when you walk in you always get a friendly welcome from the receptionists. All in all one brilliant dental practice.

I am a nervous patient and Elaine was the most gentle and reassuring Dentist. I would recommend her to anyone, fantastic bedside manner and the nurses and receptionists are courteous and friendly - Great Practice all round.

Recently had a filling with Nigel. He's a great dentist and was very reasurring throughout - I felt no pain whatsoever! Highly recommend Nigel to anyone.

Had been very happy but they have now cancelled our appointments 3 times in a row meaning we are months overdue a visit and this includes a child.

THEY LEFT ME WITH AN ABSCESSED TOOTH FOR ALMOST A YEAR, I COULD HAVE DIED! Used to love this dentist and was a patient since I was 4 years old. However after changing hands this practice has gone extremely down hill. They completely ignored me saying certain teeth hurt and would only fix one issue at a time (for the £££ I presume) I finally had enough & went to another dentist who said I needed emergency work on a tooth, that this practice only 20 days before had said was fine when in fact it had a huge ABSCESS on the root!!! No wonder I was in soo much pain and for almost a year of me trying to get them to look at it and them just saying oh it's fine, my new dentist said I was lucky not to have had blood poisoning or ended up in hospital. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSE WHERE. They also ignored a lot of my health conditions that have caused my teeth decay and tried to blame it on me eating sugar, when I can't even eat sugar!!!!!

My faith and confidence has been restored since visiting King Street Dental Practice, reception team are absolutely lovely and my dentist never fails to make me smile, thank you so much for being amazing!
