Tamworth House Dental Practice

Being a patient with a phobia who hadn't visited the dentist in many years. I was persuaded by my daughter to go in and have extensive dental work done. From the first visit, going in and being in a very panicked state, I was supported by staff and put at ease and constantly reassured. The care I got was above and beyond and I am now happy to attend without a chaperone thanks to all the staff.

I attended as a new private patient in an emergency. From the 1st phone call to see if I could book an appointment, I was impressed. The appointment was confirmed immediately by email. I waited just a few moments in the waiting room and was able to see Moira, the bookings officer working diligently and efficiently. She did not waste a moment of her time - I was impressed. The Dentist I saw was awesome - super gentle, informative, making sure I was ok with each procedure. I was pleased that she didn’t just do the procedure, she took her health advice accountability seriously and ensured I left with the best advice for better future dental
health. I paid for this service and I was totally ok with this. Excellent value for money. Thank you. You made a difference to me today

Avoid! Terrible. Caught a blood infection resulting in endocarditis, can be fatal resulting in a hospital stay for months on a drip whilst my heart was flooded with anti biotics. A tooth extraction was a nightmare! Went on for ages! Birmingham Dental hospital removed it and a corresponding tooth opposite in a couple of seconds perfect. The area where the dentist tried to remove one tooth has continually ached day and night for 12 months or more. Dentures made by this particular dentist were not checked for fit or adjusted but just given to me. No wheelchair access not good an underst atement.

I was lucky to get a emergency appointment today , I was very nervous but the lady dentist and assistant was so kind and caring and so supportive to me , and now happy with the treatment I had today thank you for your kindness, 😀 I had to go back today on Friday 14th October and thanks to the lovely kind dentist lady , who manage to fix the problem and tooth now saved much appreciated. Look forward to My next check up in 6 months too, also thank you for ladies on reception who were really nice and kind and helpful to me .😀

The reception team was very welcoming and friendly, they were extremely helpful.

The dentist and dental nurse were amazing. personally I get very anxious when needing work done on my teeth and the two that were working on me were a blessing I couldn't have asked for more, I am truly grateful for how reassuring they were.

Lovely, friendly and caring people. I have used this dentist for a few years but visited recently for the first time since Covid for a check up...all was OK but I was concerned about some staining that I was conscious about. I was offered a deep clean and stain removal which i went ahead with. The results were amazing and now all stains are gone...has made such a difference. Very pleased with the procedure results and care shown by the dentist and staff. Thank you so much🙂

I have been at Tamworth house 2 years now. And always dealt with what I have needed doing. In A very professional and caring way. From over the phone to front desk to Dentists too. And today they managed to see me at very short notice for a emergency visit. The Dentist gave me so much support and advice that I needed. I would recommend this practice.
