I had my first appointment today, for a check-up, everything went smoothly. Like many people, I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but I felt comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. Having a dentist you can trust, helps to overcome this kind of anxiety.
The doctor explained to me all I had to know about future treatments and their pricing. A big thanks for the staff for being friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Waste of time and money. If you pay £65 you expect your teeth to be cleaned thoroughly.

Still left with build up on my teeth. (Even though it was a minor job)

The hygienist clearly doesn’t have the time or day for anyone so I don’t know why she bothers to go to work if she’s going to act incompetent and waste everyone’s time and money.

'Just had my new patient check-up with Louisa (Dentist) and Anna (Nurse) and it was a breeeeeeze! Very smiley, thorough...and Louisa even fixed (in 5 minutes!) an ongoing issue which, during repeated visits to a Consultant at UCLH and my previous dentist, was misdiagnosed. Very happy :)

My mother took me here as a child and they claimed that x-rays showed holes in the molars that had been "covered up by hardened toothpaste". We trusted their judgment at the time but now realise that it was a con after asking other dentists. It was a ridiculous thing to say but it made the dentist a quick buck.

Unfortunately, I had all 4 molars drilled and filled with large fillings that have given me problems the rest of my life.

Amazing team. This dental practice was recommended to me by a friend and I have been so pleased with the service provided.
They are always available to help and try to find appointments when something is quite urgent, the reception team is lovely and very helpful and the dentists very nice and they always explain what they are doing and why and try to make everything as painless as possible.
I had to come a few times because of pain and they always managed to see me on the day or the next day.

I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned, absolutely unprofessional cleaning done by a layman in less than 15 minutes without polishing them Poor service. I do not recommend. Absolute amateurs

Rude and dismissive for the second time in a row.
Went today for a routine visit ,it lasted 2 minutes, no cleaning despite I have a clear mark on front teeth but for her everything was perfect .
Wouldn't recommend.

Rubbish, you would think they'd give you notice letting you know they removed you from their list as I missed an appointment because my children and I had COVID! If you want a dentist that knows how to communicate go elsewhere.
