Today I went to the dentist, have an abscess, had it weeks, given antibiotics, no different, given the advice today, find another dentist, says it all really

Turned up for my appointment and the surgery was shut. No one called me to cancel my appointment. Had to leave work early and lost pay to make my appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I can't believe I didn't think to read the reviews before I went, because it is as bad as they say.
They failed to text me to confirm my appointment, I then called them the morning of the appointment and they informed me they hadn't messaged so had to reschedule, they still managed to send me a letter through the post about me not turning up for my appointment.
That's not even the worst part, the dentist was woeful, offered nothing and when I enquired about having an actual clean she said she'd get me a leaflet, she left and was gone for so long I couldn't believe it so had to walk out to try and find her and she was talking to a colleague, saw me and said, 'Sorry I completely forgot about you'
I was so tempted to leave without paying, and sort of wish I had done. AVOID.

AVOID! Priya was absolutely horrendous, never experienced a good relationship with her but only had to go due to being the nearest dentist to me. Went it with wisdom pain, booked a normal appointment (not an emergency) paid the fees and asked for a polish and scaling which she replied no to! Then went to another dentist who said I definitely needed one! Asked her for a prescription for fluoride toothpaste, to which she also refused despite the fact i needed it according to my next dentist! She rushed things and doesn’t do a good job at all! Just avoid her and this surgery

This is a complaint about the receptionist Nadine she treated my husband and I appallingly. When the front door to the dentist was not opened to my disabled husband with a very very weak bladder and I after 4 attempts she took shouting at me 4 times saying wheres the fire!!! She continued to shout at me at the top of her voice then told me to go and sit down. I was so shocked and close to tears I couldn't believe that she was allowed to be so rude to me and no one saw fit to challenge her. When my daughter called to complain she refused to put her through to someone senior but went on to say that we were no longer allowed in her dentist! How does a girl like this have so much power she is a disgrace this is unforgivable!

absolutely rubbish never keep the appointment confirm twice my appointment which I was really pain cancelled .1 hr before I ready to go. plz people go elsewhere Never ever I go this dentist
