Knight's Hill Dental Practice

I saw a newly qualified dentist here a few years ago for some work which she messed up, she's now left the practice.
However, the main dentist (Dr Brown?) stepped in to rescue her work (during the procedure) and then after I complained, did the work which the other dentist had messed up for free. I exchanged letters with the practice manager (Dr Brown's wife) and my issues were sorted out efficiently, politely and with respect.
I did not want to use the dentist again due to the above issues but was very happy with the resolving of the above issue especially as the original appointment which went wrong was painful and stressful to me.

I’m extremely nervous patience and was booked in to have 2 extractions, one being a wisdom tooth. I nearly told the dentist to leave the wisdom tooth and I was so worried about having this removed. But the dentist and the assistant ensured me I would be absolutely fine and I went ahead with both. Both teeth were removed in 5 minutes! Literally the best dentist I have ever come across! Thanks so much!

I have been to 2 different places and been in agony and they couldn't take my tooth out, I came here and the dentist was incredible. He knew what he was doing,he injected me and took the tooth out so quick I couldn't believe it, no pain when the tooth came out. I am extremely impressed by this Knightshill Dental practice.

John duker and suraj was excellent explaining and making sure I felt no pain while removing two back teeth. he done a superb job and made me feel confident after taking out first one making it seem effortless but it was not. I would recommend to any body the knights hill dental practice the reception was excellent as well my email is different to my name is Damien Whilby and I am grateful for professional effective service thank you 👌

This is the best practice I have been to, the staff are so friendly at reception, Janice was fantastic as she helped me book my appointments, and Dr Brown is the best dentist. He explained step by step with his cute animations. Love you guys. Your awsome

Just had my teeth cleaned and polished by Tania ,the hygienist. It was the best clean I have ever had. My teeth look absolutely amazing. I am most impressed. Never thought that my teeth would look so good. Very, very pleased indeed.

Staff are nice, but don't communicate well: I waited for 75min after my x-ray to see the dentist and was then told by a receptionist that I could have gone home as the doctor would just call me. Why did they put me in the waiting room and let me sit there for 75min if that's the case?

This has been my dentist for more than 20 years. The staff are always friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend.
