One of the worst dental clinics i visited in my life. Attempted to have 2 crowns fitted there. Result : 1st crown fitted completely wrong size and colour when compared with the rest of the teeth. 2nd crown broke while the dentist was attempting to put it in place (was supposed to be top quality materials). Save yourself the trouble and get proper treatment elsewhere.

Got my braces on 5 years ago and I've been told I have "1 year left" for the last 2 years. I've had them since year 9 (14 years old) and I'm now going into my 2nd year of uni still with braces. I've had appointments cancelled on the day multiple times and when I've tried to reschedule or move to a different practice many times and I've been met with the worst reception staff I've encountered, moaning down the phone and being point blank rude. Their orthodontist only works once a week so if they cancel you have to wait up to another month to be seen. Had to wait 6 weeks with a broken brace because they wouldn't see me- the list goes on. My dream is to change orthodontists but they won't transfer my nhs funding for a reason I don't understand. Avoid at all costs.

Very satisfied with my dental extraction. The dentist (Dr Kaur) took my apprehensions into account, was very compassionate & patient with me. Both the dentist & the nurse (Ria) checked on me multiple times during the procedure and ensured I was comfortable - as comfortable as one can be in a dentist's chair!

Avoid at all costs, please read before you visit this dentist if you wan to avoid disappointment and disrespect. I have been a patient at this dentist with my kids for 11 years. A decade ago, the service was brilliant but it deteriorated drastically over the years. Last year, I called in extreme pain, but the receptionist told me that I had to wait a month to be seen. It was on a Friday and I was told they don't have any emergency appointments. She told me that there are plenty of private dentists that I can call to be seen, which ended up happening and costing me hundreds of pounds. Last month, in August, I took my 15 years old for a check-up, the doctor told us that he has a hole in his tooth but he didn't want to fill it in on the day and asked us to make another appointment. The earliest possible is October we were told. A couple of weeks later, they called to say that the doctor decided not to work on that day and they need to move our appointment, the earliest available appointment is now in November! Not only that but the receptionist was extremely rude, prejudiced and racist and has always been. Either in the practice or on the phone, her attitude is always dismissive and arrogant. When I told her that they're making us wait 3 months to fill a hole in a child's tooth, she replied "it's not our fault that your son has got a hole in his tooth", when I asked her to calm down and speak properly because it is not acceptable to tell a patient that it's not the dentist's fault that they need medical treatment, she said we have zero tolerance for this and she hung up on me. If I could give them less than one star I would. If a dentist can neither help you when you call in extreme pain nor help you when you need to a filler, what's the point of them? You can easily haver a look at their website to see that they don't have any complaint procedure, they don't have any review system, and they don't have any testimonials, that sums-up everything. They offer botox now and it looks like they care more about the botox clients than their actual dentist patients. Avoid at all costs, you'd be better off going for a private dentist and sparing yourself the pain and the ill treatment because that's what you'll have to do any way if you go to St Mark's Dental.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Dentist Mobeen Ahmed has removed 15 of my teeth between April & May this year, it's now August and I still don't have my partial dentures!! I submitted a complaint to NHS Uk in July due to length of time this is all taking, lack of treatment plan, wrongfully being charged and general lack of duty of care. Today I turn up to my appointment to be told because of my complaint I am being struck off and he will not issue me my dentures!! Absolute disgrace of a practice, only interested in you if you are a private patient and have money! Legal advice is currently being sought with regard to malpractice!!

Excellent dental care given to my 5 year old on her first ever dental appointment. Dr J Cortez made her feel at ease and gave her a positive experience.

Genuinely one of the best dentists I have been to. The Dentist themselves are so friendly helpful and great at explaining different treatment options. Reminder texts and emails of appointments always handy too. Great all round
