Mydentist, Wideway, Mitcham

Really really disappointed, as they can't arrange their appointments, as I made 2 appointments, one for checking up and the other one for hygiene, and I attended both appointments half hour before but I could not see the dentist. I asked for clarification,they come up with different story, receptionist said the dentist came late then dentist said the patient before u had an emergency that is why u could not been seen then the next time I asked different receptionist and she said completely different story, she said the dentist had a COVID. Then I cancelled all my appointments.

My daughter had an accident in February which resulted in breaking her 4 top front teeth. We have been referred to numerous places, none of which would accept her treatment. They have all said this is work her dentist could carry out. We have been offered no treatment by wide way dentist. I had to pressure them into giving her a simple root canal.
6 months later and 1 week with a new practice she is now booked in to have her teeth repaired.
Wide way practice only seem good to send referrals as that’s all my family seem to get when work is required.
Definitely would NOT recommend.!!!

My husband was very happy with the dentist (aamina ! ) . Was looked after very Efficiently and gentle ( as he is not the best patient!! . Would highly recommend wideway dental practice.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I had a 16:30 appointment for my 6 year old son. We arrived at 16:27 and was waiting outside the door for the receptionist to open the door. Another patient eventually opened the door. I stood at the reception desk for 5 mins. When the receptionist came back she started by telling me that I was late for my 4:20 appointment, to which I explained that I wasn’t late, as my appointment was at 16:30 according to 2 texts, an email and a reminder call. She then proceeded to accuse me of lying. Even though I was showing her my texts. She went on to say that she didn’t send me the texts and that she cancelled my 16:30 appointment at 16:27 and gave it to another patient who had an appointment for 16:40 because the dentist needed to leave. Not happy at all, as this was a big inconvenience. I’ve never had an issue with the dentist as she is lovely.

My son recently had a dental check-up with Dr Larissa and dental nurse Tes. I must say, my son was so relaxed.
The reception team is very polite and helpful.
Excellent dental team.

This dental practice is soo good everyone is so friendly . The receptionist is a good and understanding lady. Most important sunita kaur is amazing. She did my treatment so well. Thanks to her

I can say terrible reception service in my dentist widewawy Mitcham.
Your lunch time between 1for 2 , I was there 2:20 tha reception lady tells me you must not be here so where I have must be?
Been polite come before serving.
I wanted registere my name but it makes me regret. I'm not bad reviewer but it makes me leave it that review .

Excellent overall
Specially the lady on reception … who refers to people as ‘lovey’ :)
So warm and genuine, she is amazing x
