Over the past 8 years I have found this dental practice both technically first class and welcoming and friendly.
I am a nervous patient but Dr Kas' friendly and welcoming style has always enabled me to relax. She is an extremely competent practitioner and her friendly, welcoming style has removed my fear of visits to the dentist

Hands down the best dental practice I've ever been to. The work is excellent and the staff are helpful and friendly to all. The practice is a testament to the bold service history of this practice, which can be read on its website under Our History. I don't want to move from Isleworth because it would mean moving dentists. That's how trusted a service this practice provides.

Miss Sal was absolutely fab at dealing with my 7 year old daughter who has a needle phobia. We had a very positive experience both at her assessment and then when we had her tooth filled. All staff were amazing from the minute I called about my daughter. When we arrived for treatment they made her feel welcome and at ease immediately.

The practice is filthy, tired and in desperate need of better customer service. Firstly, I had not one but two rats cross the entry path as I was walking in, the last time I was there in Apr 2022. All of the seating in the waiting room are very old, uncomfortably low and profoundly stained. I don't know why the stains would be there, it's disgusting, I never wanted to sit down. I mentioned an interest in cosmetic dentistry (not necessarily done there) and the dentist, without asking me, just sent the receptionist a note that I wanted to pay the £90 deposit to make a cosmetic consultation with her (I think not!). I took my child out of school for a check and she lazily only spent less than 5 seconds looking at his teeth and offered no constructive review. Also, there would be times I'd be standing at the front desk to make a follow up appointment and the receptionists would not acknowledge me for minutes! Forget ever reaching them on the phone! No thank you, do not recommend.

Avoid, unless you don’t mind being spoken to in the worse way possible and made to leave crying! Already a nervous patient which they were aware, I was spoken to in such a belittling and nasty way, I left in tears and was then refused to be seen by anyone else, which is shocking and neglectful considering they say don’t speak to staff in an abusive manner, what about patients??? I was left so upset and distraught I ended up having a mini Stroke! I’m happy now I’m with a fantastic new practice now that have given the correct advice and treatment for myself and children. Goodluck if you go here!
