The Grange Dental Centre

Recently i had to take my mother here for her checkup, i was disgusting when i pulled into the carpark and saw the state of the place. when i took through the huge front door with its faded and peeling varnish i was even more disgusted the place is so run down and dirty i certainly wouldnt want to have dental treatment done in a place like this, if they are unable to keep the reception area in pristine condition what are the other rooms like. Dirty walls, windows and paintwork greeted us along with very old sofas and flies. Thankfully she didnt need treatment

I'd like to start by saying the receptionist are all amazing!
As for the dentist Richard he should even be allowed to continue in this practice and I feel bad for anyone that has to get work done by him! He thinks he is always right and because of this he has royal messed up my teeth and it dosnt seem to register with him so I've now (half way the my treatments) joined another dentist! So not only has he waisted my time and put me threw pain and discomfort but he's not ever professional enough to admit that he's a crap dentist!

Thanks for nothing!!!!!! If nhs has people who see if a practice should still be open I'd go here right way before he carelessly messes up someone else's teethical.

I just feel bad that this place will be on the dental assistance and receptionists cv's!

Never agin will I go back to this place nor will I tell anyone anything but how crap this place is.

All the dentists and staff are lovely, I’m always greeted with a nice smile! The treatment I’ve had is always brilliant, they take the time to explain to me what they recommend and all my treatment options. Have been with this dentist for many many years

Lovely staff, brilliant treatment! They saw me the same day I called for toothache and did a filling for me, pain went pretty much straight away. Didn’t feel a thing! Also love the classic look of the building

Had an appointment today for teeth whitening, they’ve got a brilliant offer on for £99 and I bumped up a few shades. I didn’t expect it to be this good in just an hour!! Thank you for looking after me guys

Dentist fixed my bad tooth. Really did a fab job. Listened to me being nervous. And gave good pain relief. Good care plan. Thankyou

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! The staff are soooo rude, I booked an appointment for yesterday, I was greeted at the door by a rude woman who accused me of having my dates incorrect and had to talk her into actually checking the system. Once checked she had booked me in but with OUT a dentist. HOW CAN YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT THE DENTIST AND THE DENTIST NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. She stated I could not be seen for 2 weeks, I told her that isn't good enough and she managed to get me in the following day. I have just got back from the dentist, greeted by the same vile woman, for her to tell me she has been trying to contact me all day to cancel my appointment again. It's 9:30am and my phone hasn't rang, I was furious. When explaining how unprofessional she had been, she slammed the door in my face.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY!!!!!

Zero stars actually. First appointment made a while back as capped tooth came out and needed putting back in. 20 mins later and £20 odd pounds lighter left with another appt to put back in the capped tooth!!! Follow up appt today, couldnt get in as door on chain. No receptionist. Appt at 10 but woman there had been waiting an hour already, her appt at 9 !! No explanation provided and no one to discuss with. I left. Totally unprofessional outfit, if it lasts a year I will be gobsmacked
