Mydentist, Ewell Road, Surbiton

By far the best dental practice I’ve been to. Took my children there for the first time and every single staff working there were super friendly from the two receptionists to the dentist and her assistant. They were amazing with the kids and amazingly efficient. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Practically faultless.

I was referred here by my dentist a year ago, i then i waited 7 months for a call to book me in, No one called.

I made numerous calls asking to get an appointment to be spoken to by a RUDE receptionist that someone will be in touch.
After calling every week and my dentist also calling ever week they went onto then LIE and tell my dentist they didnt have my number and have been trying to call me...yet i called every week? Would you have not said you had been calling me and there has been no answer. When challenging this on the phone with the receptionist she cut me off and spoke down to me. She needs a new job, clearly has no respect or understanding with customers. No compassion or sympathy.

In the end my tooth was now classed as a emergency and need extracting ASAP. Every exscuse was made...the surgeon has covid... Fine fair enough, the surgeon is now on holiday...The surgeon is now off.
So i demanded i see someone as im now infected with a bad tooth and in excruciating pain and was promised a call after bank holiday. No one has yet called. Its almost a week. Ive ended up in hospital being so unwell because MY DENTIST dont want to help emergencies.

This place wants private patients only they dont care about NHS customers. They are rude and unhelpful. I spent my money elsewhere at a private dentist on bank holiday weekend which may i add is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and was treated so much nicer and quicker. Avoid this place

Avoid! Very rude receptionists. They don’t care about NHS patients and will try to make you spend for anything. Will ask you first if I’m on any benefits and then if not they say to book another appointment. Would say just go to a private dentist as they are the same but will have a better surgery with highly qualified staff

As a very nervous patient, I dread dentist visits. I can’t help but mention this every visit , just in case they forget, but they never do. I visited last week after wisdom teeth removal at hospital ( under GA) to have my mouth checked, the dentist was just so calming, reassuring and friendly, and made me feel a lot more at ease

I had a tooth extraction here.. I was very nervous but the staff were very gentle and patient… from the receptionist to the dentist and her assistant (sorry I can’t remember your names ) practically a pain free procedure.. will definitely be using this dental surgery again..

Mohammed the Dentist was extremely rude and lazy. I actually dread having to go to him and really want to change dentist but it’s so hard to get any other local dentists with openings. This dentist really is a last resort. The female dentist is better but it’s extremely hard to get them to do any other work than recommend you pay for a cleaning. I have had teeth problems but I brush twice a day and use mouth wash and all I want is for an aligner and a denture to replace missing tooth at back but it took me to get very upset until he admitted the receptionist could refer me. The receptionist was also rude and was laughing at me with the dentist. If you need anything done here apart from them to tell you your teeth are fine, it is pointless coming here. Extremely disappointed and upset.

I had a tooth extraction here and I’m very happy it was done there. Dr. J Szyszko and her assistance staff done amazing job. They were professional, efficient, welcoming and very kind. I was so anxious about taking my teeth out and all of them calm me down and help to resolve my problems from long time.
I was also given a clear list of instructions and advice on dos/don’ts to ensure quick recovery.
As a new patient, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and service in that clinic. I really appreciate it and recommend the service for all future patients! 😊

Amazing experience for adults and kids. The Dr and their assistants and all staff are kind, welcoming, professional. As a family we warmly recommend it.
