Sterling Dental Centre

I was very anxious arriving at my appointment today as I have had a bad experience before. However Dr Puja Morgan and her nurse Zara were the absolute best, they made feel at ease straight away, professional throughout and ensured I was OK at all times. They have taken my anxiety away, and I won't hesitate to visit again if needed. Thank you so much Dr Puja Morgan and nurse Zara for your compassion, expertise and reassurance throughout, it really has made a difference.

I took my mother to this dentist for her appointment. A referral from our local dentist.
As this is a long way out (two buses) and given the heat I drove.
There’s three places with the same name; one with private (next door) and one with college.
I phoned on the day of the appointment and was advised parking is available outside the practice and you need a permit.
All instructions were clear, concise and helpful.
Luckily for me I found a spot outside otherwise there’s an overflow but you need a permit.
My description of this practice is clean, comfortable and spacious with clear guidelines on current climate practices.
Those staff I engaged with; one chap with glasses and the girl with blonde hair (forget names) both extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.
They both made our journey and time spent at this practice very quickly and smoothly, a credit!
Thank you those guys and the person conducting the procedure for my mother.

Very pleased with the helpful & friendly service at Sterling House,
Reception staff very welcoming & helpful, I was referred for an extraction on a very big & deep tooth & I don't like the injection part (does anyone!) but I was made to feel relaxed & reassured by the dentist Vinika Patel & her assistant, being advised every step of the way, it was all over in minutes & I didn't even realise she had got the tooth out that quick & effortlessly. Thank you all for making me feel at ease.

All staff are very welcoming and settled all my worries. Would like to highlight how amazing Dr Puja Morgan is! She took on my case personally and was able to squeeze me in her busy schedule. The extraction was denied many times but Dr Puja was able to get rid of the tooth within minutes!

Brilliant and well-run Dental Practise!

Had my wisdom tooth taken out from this dental practise and the staff here are amazing! The Gentleman at the desk and Nicola acted swiftly with what I needed before the procedure. During the procedure Dr Puja Morgan and the nurse Zara carried out the procedure really well and exceeded my expectation. I left the dental care satisfied with all the follow up questions I had and thoughtfulness in their responses.

Dr M organ & her staff have been absolutely amazing. I was in a lot of pain and very nervous at first, but they all made feel so comfortable and was very caring towards me and how I was feeling. They made my procedure a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dentist.

Would like share my experience with Sterling House. Quite awesome. Starting from booking Nicola extremely helpful to get me a slot. Doctor Patel, Nurse Zahra was really helpful and removed my wisdom tooth without much pain. Thanks a lot and quite happy to suggest the same to anyone who requires treatment. Cheers.

The most friendly staff at any dentist I have ever experienced from the receptionists to the dentist and nurses. Everyone made me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout my two visits. Dentist Dr Grewal is so friendly and always checked that I was OK throughout my procedure, she clearly explained what she was doing which took my worries away. Highly recommended.
