I went there a few weeks ago as i had a tooth problem and they said we need to take it off so i booked it for few days after as i didnt have enough money with me but they charged me a deposit of £50 and said if i cancel i will reseve it back!
But i didnt want to lose a tooth at such a young age
So i went to fulham NHs and they said there is no need for the tooth to be taken out so i got the tooth fixed and call them before hand to canel the appoiment!! They said they will send me a cheque for the deposit but its been more them 3 weeks and i havent reside anything i called them more then 3 times they always saying we will sedn it off but nothing
Please avoid this place as they only after your money and not your health!!
Its sad that they was willing ti take my tooth just for the sack of 100 pounds

I attended this dentist on Sunday 30 September as an emergency patient. The emergency dentist was helpful, provided me with painkillers and advised me I would require root canal treatment. I then booked, at reception, an appointment the following day (Monday) for root canal. I received a telephone call 1 hour prior to my appointment that the dentist was not prepared to carry out the root canal treatment on my tooth that day as that particular dentist had never met me (even though that dentist had access to my x-rays which the emergency dentist had taken). I was devastated as I had been in pain for a number of days and was disappointed they waited 1 hour before my appointment to advise me of this which did not allow me time to book an appointment elsewhere. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and informed them I would attend the appointment so the dentist could examine my tooth to then book a root canal appointment at a later date. When I attended the surgery, the dentist did not invite me to sit down and merely told me that she would be unable to assist me with my problem. I said I understood she would not be doing the root canal that day but was informed she would carry out an examination and book me a root canal appointment for another day but NO she said she would never been able to assist me with my root canal and I should go private! I was so annoyed having left work early to attend the appointment to then be told they cannot assist me, not just today but at all! The dentist tried to blame the emergency dentist for this mishap (the emergency dentist was brilliant!) but I informed her that if anyone was to blame it was the receptionist for allowing me to book the root canal appointment having not had an initial appointment with her or for her having seen my xrays yet still allowing me to travel to Southall to then be told they cannot assist me as my root canal was too complex for them! As I left the room the dentist informed me she would "make sure I won't get charged for the appointment today" I should bloody hope not my bum did not even touch the chair nor did they even look inside my mouth! Fuming! To make matters worse, the following day (Tuesday) I received a text message from the practice saying my appointment on Monday has to be cancelled. 1 day late having received a phone call from the practice that I could attend the appointment for an initial appointment prior to a root canal appointment being booked.

I have since booked an appointment at another NHS dentist, who was more than happy to carry out a root canal on my tooth with no issues or excuses as it being to complex for them.

Great Team, great work and very keen to solve your problem by a lovely lady dentist called Sam and her staff will really help you out. I believe this is also a emergency clinic open over the weekend too if needed .... You know when you find the right Hairdresser /Barber... Well definitely be adding this team to my list. Thanks ladies.

I think this is honestly the worst money hungry dentist I have ever been to I first had pain in a tooth was advised to get a root canal so registered here as it was local but wish I had read the reviews first anyway instead of the root canal I was told no the dentist wanted to remove the tooth and send me to a hospital to do it then made a massive hole in another tooth made a mould and stuck in a crown which fell out the same day appointments are cut short for paying customers who probably are getting the same bad treatment I'm also taking this up with the NHS now.

This is the worst dental clinic to get registered. They never give appointments. I tried to book appointments for my 3 kids and no positive response. Never answer a call. I went there today morning 9:15am and it was still closed. There is no timing infront of the clinic. Next door grocery guy told that they never open on time in the morning. So unprofessional.

I am very happy with the results I have had alot of work done on my teeth and now i am so happy with the end result I can smile with confidence again a massive thanks to smile 32 dental u have done a fantastic job I would highly recommend u to family and friends

I been in the dentist today. I wish I could complain once in there but my mouth was full as there is no sink to spit anything also no mirror to check the teeths and toilet is close dur to covid. Anyway I went for appointment came little earlier waited my turn 20min after my appointment time fine no problem. Dentist cleaned the teeth however not all removed due to me to being rushed out of the room after literally less than 10min being in. Came for cleaning hygienic treatment. Went home checked my teeths and plague still on it well done. Been charged over 60 quid for less than 10min due to other appointment waiting to be served they cut my time this is a disgrace. I will be taking this further with NHS complain department.

Poor service always from this dental. Never update their system and then blame patient. Spoke to person called "Rajotnah" and firstly she was not ready to give her name and then shouted on me to prove me wrong because i missed my appointment due to valid reason but their system is never updated.
