Dentix UK Hammersmith

I went to see Ana, their Clinical Director for my first consultation and Ana was extremely friendly and professional, took her time in explaining everything to me. Luckily, I do not need much doing but will be going back to get my few treatments done. The whole team were very polite and professional and highly recommend the practice.

It has been the best experience ever in a Dentist. I couldn’t attend to my first consultation in Dentix Kilburn so I called them and the recepcionist rebooked it for another day.
Then, the dentist did the check up and took me photos of my mouth and did xrays. She explained everything and the treatment plan step by step and asking always if I had any questions. Then, the manager explain me the quotations and treatment plan again showing me some videos about the treatments. Is the first time in my life that I really understand what they are going to do in my teeth!!
Tomorrow I have my third visit, and honestly, I am very happy with them by now.

I cannot be happier, I used to hate going to the dentist until I discovered Dentix. I had tried 4 different clinics and they always tried to sell up treatments that I dont need making me feel uncomfortable etc. (obviously I could get some aesthetic improvements on my teeth but I am only interested on keeping my mouth healthy).

However, I felt so comfortable at Dentix. They understood me since the first moment and didnt try to sell up anything at all, they told me if I wanted to get a quote at some point for an aesthetic treatment I could ask them but basically the only thing i needed was scale and polish.

When i had scale and polish at other clinics it was always very painful but with them it was not painful at all, I am so glad I went to Dentix, I couldnt go anywhere else now.

Ana was lovely and she recommended me to change to electric toothbrush, which I did and I really appreciated her advice as it made a big difference on my teeth. She also told me where to get some good deals to save some money when buying a good electric toothbrush, she even helped me researching and made me feel comfortable at all times.

Moreover, the first consultation is free and you get a free check up 6 months after any treatment, which is great!

Just started treatment and so far so good in fact it’s been excellent. I have been walked through everything and feel confident that they will do a great job. I need quite a bit of work done and so it’s important for me to have a friendly relationship with them, rather than a patient/dentist one, so far I have had a good experience, even some fun. I am a bit perplexed by some reviews, seems like a lot of bad ones come from impatient patients, there isn’t a single health service anywhere that you don’t have to sometimes wait, this is the nature of healthcare. The practices are very clean and modern with the latest tech, I have never been afraid of the dentist but if you are then this is the place for you, it just has a calming environment and friendly staff. I use the Hammersmith practice just because I don’t like the Kilburn area, so cannot vouch for that branch, of course my treatment only recently started but I am confident that I will have no problems and if I do I am sure there’s nothing that can’t be sorted. Thanks Dentix so far. Up to now I thoroughly recommend them.

All the dentist are fantastic friendly and welcoming! The clinic have all the latest technology is GREAT dentist are caring and very professional they made me feel very comfortable during the treatment it has been best experience ever in a dentist . I have used Dentix to have dental implants. I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received - I am an extremely nervous person in regards dental care, I have found the staff extremely reassuring and kind. In addition, the technical expertise is extremely good. I would be happy to recommend Dentix Hammersmith.

To be honest, this is the best dentist I've been to. They actually described everything clearly and listen effectively , giving me good answers, making me feel at ease, taking me through what needs to be done step by step and very informative. its reasonably priced and they also offer plans. from start to finish everything was dealt with professionally.

I have had lots of experience with Dentists (NHS and private) over the years and decided to take the plunge once again to get my teeth sorted out, as one treatment plan rather than repairing here and there. I was a bit nervous thinking that this is just another chain but I was really surprised.
Plenty of appointment availability and my first 1 hour consultation was brilliant, very caring, open and honest and I genuinely felt that they really wanted to help me overcome the problems I had , really really good.
The treatment p;lan was presented to me in a clear way (as I said I have experience and knew what they were talking about) but they still explained everything and the future if I didnt take action now. I was ready for the price and that came in below what I was expecting.
So 12-18 months of treatment ahead but at least this time im not having to travel anywhere, its a manageable monthly amount interest free, the warranty seems really good and the aftercare sounds really good too.
Staff were really helpful and reassuring, I only wish Dentix had opened in the UK a lot sooner. When all the work is done I will post another review but I have a really good feeling :)
