Friendly and welcoming reception staff who put you at ease when you arrive. All Covid restrictions adhered to. Dr. Ruani Silva is professional and gentle. This is a very busy practice which is testament to how popular the staff are. I have been a patient for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else for dental treatment.

Excellent service every time. My dentist really looks after my teeth. He will always advise the best treatment that I'll need and the costs. I am never rushed to make a decision but I am given a few weeks to decide. The team are very friendly which includes the receptionists.

I got an very quick appointment for my Children (1 SEND). They accommodated the time I could only come. (Around work and school)
Before the appointment they explained their covid protocol really well. (Enter with Masks, 5 mins before the appt, temp check & sanitise hands). I was very pleased this was in place at the dentist surgery to protect all the patients and staff. Got a text message reminder of the appointment which really helped.
When we attended all staff were very friendly from reception to the dental Staff. They all made the children feel at ease and comfortable.
The Dentist (Dr Boota) was very Supportive and gave great advise for brushing to the children and myself.
Everything was clean and very hygienic.
Been with the practise over 11 years - very grateful for all the service esp in emergencies.

I have recently visited the wembley branch of central dental care.... And I would definitely recommend this practice!! The staff from the reception team to the nurses and dentists were extremely professional, competent and friendly. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness and easy to follow protocol due to the virus is simple and efficient. My appointment was on time and completed within a timely manner. Thank you for your brilliant service! Happy to have found such a great dental practice for me and my family to visit.

Our dentist is very professional while also being reassuring, which has encouraged me to stop avoiding g the going to the dentists as I was previously.

I have been coming here since I was 14 years old. I am now 24 and I've never had a bad thing to say about this dental practice. Always been accommodating and helped me as well as my family throughout the time we have required the service from the dental practice. Dentists as well as the receptionists are welcoming and assuring. Would definitely recommend trying out their service 👏

The hygienist n dentist are very good but sadly the receptionist (I saw 2 ladies) are patronising, cold, unfriendly, moody. They both need to learn how to deal with customer in a good way. Seems like they don't know what communication skill is. Many times I come to this clinic I hardly see them say hi or bye. Last time i went there, the reception lady open the door when I was going to leave, just that is it. No say bye or whatsoever. Strange.
