Rude receptionist!!!!

Horrible staff. Sarcastic Light blonde older lady was racist and rude. Not the first time she refuses to register patients because they are not English! And suddenly at the end she had the audacity to say we do not register NHS patients at the moment. Terrible I don't recommend .

The care by all the dentists I have come across, whether it be for fillings, x-rays, etc has been excellent - though I have only been there about a dozen times and it's been quite a while since my last visit. The assistants and receptionist are all very nice and professional (at least since my previous visits). Sadly, sometimes when discussing potential problems with the dental practictioner I don't feel particularly reassured, but perhaps that's just me.

Unfortunately if you are broke (sorry, but we're not all peasants and freeloaders but have issues in this tough society) and rely on the NHS to cover the cost, you are at the mercy of this dental practice holding your appointment, or in my experience repeatedly postponing and rescheduling your appointments with no reason given - though in all likelihood it is to give your upcoming appointment to a profitable private-paying patient. This ultimately results in no dental checks or treatment being given for quite some time (6+ months for example).

Lady that answered the phone could do with going on a customer service and politeness course
