Never had any problem with the reception staff, however my dentist was extremely impersonal and put me through four fillings-worth of treatment hell where the anaesthetic was hit and miss to say the least. Having switched to a better dentist I have just been told that my fillings (done over three separate treatments) are nowhere near deep enough to halt the decay in my teeth and I have to have it ALL redone. Will be complaining like hell, I want a refund, I want an apology.

Disgusting. Had my sons first appointment cancelled by dentist. Booked an appointment a couple of months later and that then got cancelled. Could only offer me an appointment nearly 3 weeks later. My son NEEDS to see a dentist but that wasn't a good enough reason for them.

Very poor dentist, broke part of my tooth by doing a filling all wrong. Had to go back twice to get it fixed but now that is loose again, they can't see me for at least 10 days! Considering it was their fault, I would have expected much better service, looking for another dentist now.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. The most shocking rude receptionist works there. She's the older one who appears can't be bothered with her job. On 23rd August 2018, I made an appointment to see the dentist and I was given a date on 3rd October but unfortunately I was stuck abroad during that week. I asked my husband to change the appointment for me but instead of changing it, the receptionist cancelled it saying that it was supposed to be an emergency appointment. How could it be an emergency when I booked it on 23rd August to be given 3rd October!?? I then booked an appointment today (15th November 2018) as I had further problems with the tooth filling that was done in August 2018 to be given a date on 15th January 2019. I asked the same grouchy receptionist why she had cancelled my appointment for 3rd October when I requested a postponement and she rudely ignored my question. Not surprised the least bit. I will be looking to changing my dentist. Shocking non-service at this practice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE. If you need a dentist, best to go elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service. Saw dentist in June with 'sensitivity to cold', told I needed to schedule 40 minute appointment - had to wait 8 weeks for this (August). Appointment was cancelled morning of my appointment due to dentist being ill. had to wait another 4 week for another 40 minute appointment slot (September). Dentist finally did the filling. After having had the filling done, I experienced issues with shooting pain every so often when chewing/biting down on food. Well now half of my tooth has just broken off. Tried getting appointment told I have to wait over a month (December) just for them to look at broken tooth - despite the fact that broken tooth has jaggered edge against the inside of my cheek. I have had to make a private appointment at another dentist in Deal.

Pathetic dentists, rang dental emergency line for appointment as in agony only for this practise to refuse me as im an ex patient, so due to there agenda there refusing to see people in agony who have used and left the practise possibly due to genuine concerns of their practise (in my case having 3 seperate fillings fall out within a week of being done) who have done the correct thing and rang dental line, thus forcing people to go out of town who may not have the means to get out of town. Absolutely disgusting and yet another negative review of this practise.

website states accepting private patients, book an appointment via their online form for a private exam. Told a week later (after ringing them due to no contact to confirm the appointment )they are not accepting patients. Receptionist non caring and fairly rude.

I have lost teeth due to this place. I have had fillings fall out while at other dentists the fillings have kept in place for years. They blamed it on me instead of doing the job properly. I have been improperly anesthetized before and suffered as a result.
My boyfriend had a seizure in an appointment, because of their incompetence.
If I had the money I would sue, but I don't.
Don't go especially if you're a private patient.
They WILL damage you irreversibly.
