OMEGA DENTAL

I would highly recommend this dental surgery to anyone. The Dentist's have always done exceptional work on my teeth, even though I am an NHS patient. They are very friendly and always made me feel at ease. I count myself lucky to live in a country where you can receive this quality of service on the National Health. My only criticism would be, it can often be hard to get through on the telephone. Apart from that, they are first rate.

I had cosmetic braces fitted here about a year ago (I think the brand was called Quick Straight Teeth) and the result is excellent. The dentist made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous as I hadn't had anything done to my teeth before. The result from the brace was better than I was expecting and still looks great now. I've also used the hygienist here a few times and she was lovely, she gave lots of information about mouth hygiene and my teeth were so clean after. Definitely recommend this dental surgery. 👍

Was a fantastic dental treatment I received today,stef was so very kind and gentle, I was petrified and he was so good with me,fantastic service and the reception ladies were also very Nice I would definitely recommend.

Haven't been since lockdown. Had root canal a couple of fillings No pain at all and the staff are excellent.

Very reassuring and kind to my daughter. Lovely dentists 10/10!

Very happy with my dental practise and my dentist. Back in April during the lockdown, I started having a very bad toothache and my dentist was very supportive, trying to help me as much as he could, as he wasnt able to use the dental equipment. The receptionists most of the times answer my phone calls and they are kind and helpful. When I needed and emergency appointment, they offered it to me straight away. I feel happy and I strongly recommend it

This was over the span of a few months trying most days where possible to get an apt so I do think this is quite an issue.
I have had to get an apt with another dentist where I got through straight away.
However no issues your service other than this so I am changing my rating to 5 and removing a comment as the sevice is not poor just the reception issue.
