Smile Care Centre, Chapel Hall Dental Practice

Went downhill very fast after Mr Watson retired and never recovered. Namin is very rude and you always leave feeling like you have a dirty mouth, bedside manner needs a lot of work imo.
Thankyou for your reply however i assure my whole family were patients there when Mrs Hammond and Mr Watson were based in the house where the Cinema is now standing before moving to the old church hall. It seems your reply to any negative reviews is the same "we cannot find any records of a patient such as you" and there are alot of similar reviews about rudeness. Look forward to hearing from the "authorities" of bad reviews. Thanks again 😁

I attended the practice on 30/06/22 as an emergency referral from 111, I was in complete agony & the receptionist was rude to me when I called for the appointment, showing no empathy to me. The Dentist also rudely asked why I had so many fillings & made a derogatory comment that ‘they looked like Polish fillings’, I found this very offensive & was appalled by the arrogant way he treated me, I recommend going elsewhere. The Smile Care Centre always provide a kind and caring service in order to ensure you are left with a good smile. Anything
that is necessary to explain to you about any treatment is given in a way that is easy to understand. All treatment is carried out in a professional manner, with any follow up advice provided. All together a good practice.

I am 80 years of age, and The Smile Care Centre have looked after my teeth better than any other dentistry throughout my life.
I have benefited from following professional guidance and advice throughout my visits and I have always been treated in a very friendly and professional manner.

Been with this dentist for a number of years and I must admit they are fantastic. The staff are always happy and friendly. And nothing is to much trouble. I recently went because I have a very sensitive tooth and rather than whip it out like some would, the dentist has been amazing by treating the tooth so it stays where it is. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone 10 out of 10 for me.

Not only is the practice Dentist, Mr. Namin, excellent at his work, but his advice and recommendations are second to none. It's fantastic to find a dentist who actually cares for the patients he treats.
Amy, the Practice Manager is both extremely pleasant and approachable. Amy will help in anyway possible to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
The assisting team and reception team, are again, both informative and helpful and will give advice on after care and preventative measures that can be taken in the form of mouth washes, toothpastes and Tee Pees.
I cannot recommend this practice enough, after years of personal neglect, this practice have given me " A SMILE TO BE PROUD OF".
All I can say is a big THANK YOU to this practice.

I want to thank all the team at Smile Care Centre who were fabulous.
When I was told I had to have a tooth taken out I was completely petrified after a previous painful removal a few years ago.

The staff were so supportive, talked through what was going to happen then the procedure itself was quick and pain free.

They even called me a couple of days later to check I was all ok.

Fantastic service & caring staff.

I cant thank the team enough for everything they did to help me.
